Expressed to the nurse they would benefit from updating patients about the wait, only to be told that's the front desk's job. X-ray tech asked if I'd been waiting long, and when I replied, "yes, very", she and her colleague just discussed that it had been a long day. Not one person apologized for the wait. I understand that things happen, but a little respect for patients' time and a simple apology would go a long way. There were three of us in the waiting room with the same complaints.

The follow ups are even worse. The nurses are decent, the receptionists in person are okay but over the phone are horrible. My insurance scheduled this place without my primary care Dr knowing and they were not happy because my primary Dr knows that this place does not conduct business well at all. Please be aware before scheduling here. It's okay to give your money for help, but don't let them just take your money away from you with poor service.
