Walked in and there was JP and his staff. He and his people are professional, personable and very helpful. When I am giving my hard earned money to someone, especially for insurance, I want the personal touch and that is what JP gives. It does not matter what he is doing he always comes out of his office to either take care of you personally or if he is really busy or with another client comes out to just say hello and inquire on your well being. I asked JP for basic info to pursue the at-fault party - he ignored me for 48+ hours then responded with excuses instead of help. JP claimed he "cannot comment" because I filed a regulatory complaint. He's using my complaint as a reason NOT to help me. That's not what agents do. State Farm already has the info I need. JP could provide it in 5 minutes but refuses. I've filed complaints with BBB and NY DFS. An agent should advocate for customers, not obstruct them. Cannot recommend.

I had an auto policy with this Allstate agent for over six (6) years. Premiums never went down!…read more This Agent constantly solicits you for additional business. It got to a point I asked them to stop or I would cancel my policy. When I bought a new auto I canceled my policy with them. The receptionist at their office was not friendly and didn't even say anything about a refund. All they do is take your money and raise your rates. I would not recommend this Agent for an auto policy.
