We argue back and forth and he says he's going to charge me more if he has to leave and come back. Mind you, he already had $1,055 of my deposit so I would have lost that. I relentlessly said an absolutely not. The guy does the job anyway, says "I'm going the extra mile here. Hopefully you'll appreciate it in the end." Claims he's doing me a favor by charging me $50 less. So my $2100 original quote becomes $2675. He claims he didn't remember doing my Neighbors project continues with excuse and excuse why he is owed the extra money for the permit. This is BAD BUSINESS! Do not go to these people. I can't believe someone would do this and with a smile on their face.
