I contacted Mohr Plumbing through the Yelp hire a contractor app feature allowing vendors to send you their estimates. I needed to have a hot water heater replaced in our condo and Juan at Mohr responded back to me on Yelp saying that they can only install a hot water heater, but wouldn't supply it to us. When I questioned it, the rep just said "I just don't". I asked how can we have the job done if I don't even know the kind of hot water heater to buy? They Juan just responded back to find another plumber. Beware!!! I hired him to fix a gasket in our master bath toilet, which is in the very back of the house. He did the job fine, but in the process, he spilled a substance on the floor from the front door all the way through 5 rooms to the back of the house. Whatever it was, it left permanent purple marks on all the floors. Initially, he said that he would come back to clean it, but then ghosted us and didn't respond to four messages. I have found my plumber! I spoke to Juan last week and knew I needed a mainline clean out but my son works from home and couldn't have the intrusion. Fast forward to today, Saturday two days after Thanksgiving and basically his bathtub was his toilet. I don't think I need to say anymore. My appointment was suppose to be at 9 am but he texted me to let me know ahead of time that he would arrive later than expected because he had to take care of something with an inspector.
