This was supposedly, "the best deal out there," and we had to take advantage of it, otherwise we'd end up paying more per visit if we paid for them individually. What a crock of "bull%#*&" that was. My condition barely improved and my wife and I, ended up just never returning. We should have attempted to get a partial refund back but instead opted to not use him again. Thankfully, Dr. Russo opened his practice shortly thereafter and finally gave us some relief. I could not believe the difference. Dr. Russo was able to accomplish, in one visit what the other chiropractor, couldn't accomplish in a dozen. My wife and I, finally, got some relief. We recently moved out of state but since I still work in Westchester, I make it a point to get an adjustment, every chance I can. Ditto for my wife. When we got to his office I was surprised at how big it was. The office is on the 3rd floor and the elevator was right inside the front door which was very helpful so you didn't have to climb stairs if you were in pain! The staff was so friendly and welcoming and Dr. Lois was so warm that I immediately felt comfortable. He's very knowledgeable and very helpful and efficient. I'm so happy that we found someone close to our new neighborhood that made us feel so comfortable right away. I also like the fact that he went to work right away and only does what you need. I went back and told him what has happened as a result of his work and his answer is "All appears fine. Maybe you should go do physical therapy instead." All is not fine.
