This was supposedly, "the best deal out there," and we had to take advantage of it, otherwise we'd end up paying more per visit if we paid for them individually. What a crock of "bull%#*&" that was. My condition barely improved and my wife and I, ended up just never returning. We should have attempted to get a partial refund back but instead opted to not use him again. Thankfully, Dr. Russo opened his practice shortly thereafter and finally gave us some relief. I could not believe the difference. Dr. Russo was able to accomplish, in one visit what the other chiropractor, couldn't accomplish in a dozen. My wife and I, finally, got some relief. I went back and told him what has happened as a result of his work and his answer is "All appears fine. Maybe you should go do physical therapy instead." All is not fine. All is worse now than before I saw him. But suddenly when he's challenged on the terrible work he's done, the answer is not chiropractic help, but physical therapy. I'll admit, at first I thought that she'd drop me off the chair when realigning my back, but she's a pro. (She told me she hasn't dropped a patient yet.) She monitors her patients on a weekly basis and will vary the treatment based on how severe the pain has been. I like the Reiss Group because they take a very wholistic approach to wellness.
