Care was atrocious and my medical information was given without my consent to people not listed anywhere on my paperwork. People were peeing on the floors accompanied to the bathroom by two people and continuous yelling and screaming from every room people being chained to beds yelling and pleading for help and being told to be be quiet or they will forcibly inject them to sedate them. Staff was rude, arguing with patients. The doctor dismissed all questions and concerns said he was too busy and then the unit refused to call actual treating providers and doctors, or obtain numbers to do so from the locked up phone. The food was constantly cold and disgusting. The stigma was present at all times and lack of care and concern for human decency exists fully here, they strip you and force you to cough just as you would in jail. This is not a place for treatment, it's a prison. it's more traumatizing than actually dealing with how you are feeling with your OWN doctors. read more

I scheduled to have a test here a few days ago. I Specifically asked if there was any prerequisites to the test, but scheduling person said there were none. I googled the test and there were plenty of things to do and not do. I arrived at the facilities today. There was no direction, no One knew anything. No one knew where to go at the front checkin. They suggested I go to the second floor and they would figure out or know what I have to do. I wandered around for 20 minutes until I finally found registration on the second floor. It literally is like the gang who couldn't shoot straight runs this operation. Once I was checked in, it was pretty fast to be seen and have the test, But first appearances are everything this place is in total disarray and chaos. I wouldn't bring a stray dog here, let alone anyone in need of serious care. I'd rather be left on a hill under a tree with a nice cool breeze, then to know I'd have to spend my final days here. The place is in decay. I wandered into the wrong elevators. I guess they were for staff only, not like anyone is watching them to stop the public from using. They're from like 1930. The staff in the behavioral health outpatient unit, specifically the two ladies at the window, make it easier to want turn around and hang yourself than seek help. For god's sake please stop hiring mean spirited, standoffish people to be the face of your clinic. And dr. Lee is the worst person to be caring for individuals who are already struggling with mental health. He's mean and dismissive and unprofessional. read more

I understand everyone has different experiences and I do live in a different state and have never heard of this hospital before my recent experience from afar. My loved one was bought to the hospital by the police (unjustly against her will, a separate problem entirely) several days ago and once I was notified, I was in a panic. I am truly thanking god for Dr. Guerrero, an angel doctor, who I already called and managed to catch her by phone and thanked her for her compassion and just good old fashioned kindness and respect she showed my friend. My friend was able to leave the emergency room and instead of talking about the traumatic experience of being taken against her will, she talked on and on about how much compassion was shown to her by Dr. Guerrero and she was in tears as not many people are nice to her or listen to her. I want to write to you about my experience from June 3/2025. I came to the ER early in the morning because I had a severe pain in the lower right abdomen that radiated into my right leg making it impossible for me to walk.The dr.on duty sent me for a CT scan the result of which according to the doctor were fine I received IV and supposedly morfine and discharge paper that I could go home that iI was fine.Without the doctor asking me how I felt and athought giving me any prescription pain medicatio.I am very dissapointed and shocked that patient could not be discharged home in a such pain and I was. Yes, dr.told me that I am OK. However the truth was different because I left ER in a sharp pain and craying.I can't forget to mention the working managment off the staff during my 4 hours stay in the ER.Can someone please tell me and explain whether the behavior of the RN named JUNG JUNE towards me was humane and respectful? If she left me in a pain staggering to go to the restroom? I was afraid that I would fall. She ignored me.Such a person should not work with the people who need the help.That is also part of her job. Only one person from this department helped me.Her name is a RENATA she is a Medical techniciam My gratitude goe's to her. I have been to the ER twice and it was same like this time. By the way I am senior 73 I am blind in one eye and when J left home everyone who was stirring around looked at me like I was spectactle none of them get up to help me get out.I am very dissaapointed by this.I think that the ER is for the patient to be provided with first aid and go home without pain, examined and given some medication. I was sent here for mental heath reasonings (i threatened to unalive myself but had no true intention, i was just going through a rough patch and needed comfort from my family). I am now suffering from extensive trauma due to my experience here at this hospital. First and formost when i first entered through the ER i was evaluated and i was calm composed and told the truth that i was going through something and said words i shouldnt have, the psychiatrist who saw me for a maximum of 30 seconds said send her to the psychward. I jumped out of the bed and said "WHAT?!" I was terrified and didnt even know what that meant i started crying saying "i just want to go home why are you trying to keep me here i dont understand?!" And she just kept walking away from me and said to the other nurses, "sedate her" which put me in a serious panic. For back ground i was drugged in the past and have a complete terror towards any drugs, i dont even take advil when im sick thats how extreme my fear is. I tried to explain this to them and told them i can calm myself down naturally, i was shaking with fear and a nurse began to walk towards me with two giant needles. I started begging them "please i dont need to be sedated i can calm down on my own im just very overwhelmed by you wanting to inject me, i really dont consent to this please" and 7 grown men (im 110lb female) held me down held my head down on the bed all limbs pinned and someone holding down my chest and hips, i was obviously screaming at this point as this is something out of a horror movie, i had no control over what they did to me. I knew i was out of control of my environment so i decided to just beg to atleast know what they were unconsensually injecting into my body and they just wouldnt say anything all i saw was the blank emotionless faces of nurses jabbing me with needles. They left after without saying anything, im laying there alone after being treated like a wild animal i check my arm and its bleeding all over me and the bed. I wait tears just going down my face, i got up and looked out my door and see a nurse who wasnt part of the tackling me down group, i flagged her down and asked her to please tell me what they injected me with which she told me was 2 doses of vicodin. I wound up passing out and waking up the next day in a psych ward. Cold, scared and confused. I was sent here on memorial day weekend so i couldnt leave after the normal 72 hours, i had to wait 7 full days because the doctors who could sign u off to leave were on vacation. Through my time the staff treated us like we were less than and the #1 rule every person who was admitted there knew was that if you even show a bit of emotion they will say you need to stay longer, the environment made you go crazy & they expect u to act like nothing is wrong. The walls were all white and we had plastic blue chairs there was no color, no activities, just walls. Only thing u could do was sit in the "living room", walk the halls or wait for food. Which by the way the food was atrocious. this hell hole of a hospital is NO PLACE for healing. Everyone comes out feeling worse than before. On my day of release i was walking to the exit doors crying, the nurse who walked me out asked why i was crying, with her hand on the door about to open it, and i said "i feel guilty im leaving everyone here and i get to leave" and the nurse looked at me and said "maybe if your still this sad you should stay longer" and she took her hand of the door knob. I responded "no please i want to leave please open the door" and she opened it i clung onto my boyfriend on the other side of the door and he just reassured me that i was out that im going home and that im safe now. DO YOU TRULY THINK that a place like this will be good for your child, family member, significant others mental health? Please read these reviews before sending ANYONE to this place. I am very grateful I had a strong support structure waiting for me when I came in here, because the support is practically nonexistent here, and you can forget about being allowed to advocate for yourself, since you are de-facto considered too unstable to make decisions as soon as you come in. PLEASE PLEASE, don't take my or others experiences to dissuade you from crisis care. This stuff is essential and can save your life, please just do it anywhere but here if you need it. If you'd like the details, read on. I was routed to this inpatient psych ward last fall by the Bergen County crisis line and voluntarily committed myself for a mental health episode triggered by pot use. Immediately upon being checked in, the nurse taking vitals scolded me for even considering taking the substance and implied i had ruined my life by doing so, despite the fact that I had stated I had struggled with these episodes long before the drug. The emergency nurse was nice enough, and when I told her I really came in because I needed urgent talk therapy more than medication, but I would still try it, she said that would definitely be doable. Upon reaching the ward itself though, things entirely fell apart. The goal of crisis care is, in theory, to stabilize you enough to get back out into the real world. However what Bergen New Bridge does is repeatedly try meds, without indication, whether you feel stable enough to seek outpatient or not, and hold any ability to grow through your issues or even go outside behind wimpy support groups and a social worker who revealed to me that there was no way to even request talk therapy! For me the nail in the coffin was the doctor I saw for 5 minutes or less a day threatening not to release me until I stopped refusing an antipsychotic drug with significant side effects (I was not being treated for psychosis). After that I was going to request release but my mother had to dissuade me over the phone because they told her if I tried to, they would hold me involuntarily for a full 2 weeks instead. I had to take the risk and go with the medication just to avoid this eventuality. My only positive about the entire experience was the nurses. They may yell at you and treat you like garbage sometimes, but they treat you pretty damn well for folks who have to deal with what they do. All in all, thankfully I was able to arrange care for myself, almost entirely no thanks to Bergen New Bridge in any respect, and I'm on new medication that works for me and I'm functional enough to never worry about a place like this. I don't wish ill on any of the doctors or admin who enable this, but I do hope they will make sure this never happens to anyone else again. read more

Never take your family members here, ever! This place is horrible, no one cares about you and everyone is rude. My sister was taken there on a Tuesdsy morning around 3 am. She has multiple personality disorders and Autism and the Psychiatrist only cares about medicating her instead of finding her therapy and helping her work through emotions. She also is underweight and has AFRID, which is an eating disorder and she needs ensures to gain and maintain her weight. However, it is now almost Saturday morning, almost FOUR DAYS LATER and she has only been given THREE ensures. Her basic health is not being met. This is literally abuse, she is communicating her needs and as a psychiatrist and nutritionist you should be making sure she is getting what she needs. They also won't release her from involuntary or atleast transfer her to a different hospital where her needs could be met. They do not provide any therapy or counseling, all they do is keep forcing her meds and telling her to stop crying or else she won't get out. Whenever I visit the nurses are just all rude and barely doing their jobs. This is absolutely disgusting and horrifying for a behavior health unit. read more

This hospital is terrible. Doctor Palmer never returns your call. The social worker Chloe and chris also never call back and give you little information when they do. You have to call a day in advance to make an appointment to see your loved one, but how when I call on Monday and I didn't hear back from them till Thursday. Now that they call they said the patient is going to be released . When asked what the evaluation and diagnosis is they give me no information. This hospital is one of the worse I have dealt with from the nurses all the way to the doctors. Very disappointed that this is where our loved when went to get treatment. read more

This is THE ABSOLULTE WORST hospital in the entire world! I was coerced into admission, and lied to. I was not given my rights and told that I could asked to leave. They flat out refused to give me my prescription medication!!! I had absolutely no treatment or therapy for the 4 days I was there, just coloring books and children's games like Connect Four and Operation! You could barely call what we were given to eat food. I lost 10 pounds in the 4 days I was there!! We had a patient have a medical event while I was there. Not one person helped him or touched him until security got there. No blood pressure and pulse checked to see if the patient was stable. Unbelievable! The caretakers, whatever they were rude, nasty, and and just downright mean to patients. Yelling at them, calling them names, etc. I was there in the height of this new Delta coronavirus variant. None of the patients wore masks EVER! Community phone and no alcohol wipes to clean it after every use. One star is way too good for this shit hole of a place. I literally have PTSD from being there! read more

Do not go here. I really need to emphasize this to the greatest extent. We went today to get blood work done and an EKG for my son. We pull up the security guard wouldn't let anyone go to the locations needed. We had to find a parking spot first he told us. There were no spots driving around and around. I told the security guard this as well. Where can I park there are no spots. My son is very sick and we just need to pick up the script and go for the testing on site. They don't care and it's not their fault the hospital has a horrible system. After 30 minutes of frustration of trying to find a spot and with a sick child who was fasting I just left. I am so turned of by this place. I am now requesting to get all the scripts and go to Hackensack Hospital or another civilized hospital in Bergen County. On a side note part of the hospital parking lot was blocked off for Covid testing. This isn't fair. Regular patients that needed to be dropped off in front of the ER were denied. I even heard the older gentleman in the car in front of me state that he can't park and walk far because he has a hernia. But to no avail they didn't care. I really hope he decided to leave and check in to another hospital. I left here in total despair and frustration with their lack of being prepared for these type of situations. FYI if you're attempting to get a Covid test with no health Insurance, DO NOT try to go here. The county will say it's free, but it absolutely is not. I was just sent a bill for $273 because I had a 5 minute conversation with a "doctor" who reviewed my symptoms and said they'd be in contact within 24 hours to schedule my test. In reality, I didn't get contacted for another 3 or 4 days. By then, I had already gotten tested elsewhere. I have a twenty-five-year-old daughter who's autistic and also suffers from a number of psychiatric disorders. During the past year she has been transported to New Bridge Hospital ten times, after experiencing various emotional crises. There is no other area hospital that can treat her, and New Bridge, after keeping her overnight, will not admit her because the medical staff claims she does not meet the criteria for admission. This is glaringly inconsistent with the barrage of advertising posted by the hospital, stating that the facility provides for a full range of behavioral health support. Beyond that, the medical and other staff are of mixed competency and professionalism. Some staff are well meaning and caring, yet others are ill suited to work in a medical facility. Disturbing too is that the hospital is under-staffed and is in desperate need of a sweeping institutional makeover. I have a Ph.D. from Rutgers University and am disappointed that it is affiliated with New Bridge. State and Bergen County officials need to invoke broad measures to address the hospital's many problems. read more

I absolutely hated this place. I was admitted involuntarily for severe depression, and when I got brought into the ER, few hours in, I started going into extreme hyperventilation due to anxiety and panic attack. The head nurse - the HEAD FUCKING NURSE - comes into my room and snarls, "What the hell is wrong with you? You're only going to wear yourself out," and just walks out. Doesn't offer to escort me to outside for fresh air to try and calm down. Doesn't even offer water in hopes that it'll calm me down even by a little. My hyperventilation caused my entire right side to become paralyzed for at least good half an hour, and the staff just didn't give a damn. When I finally get brought to one of the wards at 4 AM, the staff just didn't care about what was going on. When one the patients even took a dump in his pants during my admission, even smeared it all over his bathroom and played with toilet water, it took 15 to 20 minutes bare minimum for the staff to at least clean up the bathroom - But only after one of the other patients threatened to call 911 using the payphone. The doctor assigned to me even put me on Lexapro, which defiantly helped with my anxiety but at the cost of suicidal thoughts increasing and become extremely severe. I mean, I WAS playing all my cards to get out of there quick because I was there against my own will, only to readmit myself in another hospital few days after, but still - The staff just doesn't give a flying fuck about their patients. The only person there that really cared was the social worker that was assigned to me - Cheryl. To even get music, art, or any other type of group therapy, you need to be a fucking level 2? Seriously? That should be available for everyone! And I mean EVERY-FUCKING-ONE! That's what helps people start to feel better! This place is worse than what I imagine prison is like! Walking around outside for a few minutes to be level 2 is slightly more reasonable, but to say all the other things should be level 2 is load of fucking bullshit! And the food that's given to the patients? I swear they just took out whatever was in the trash and plopped it on plates if I didn't know any better! There are even times when there's shortage on food during meals that I had to go hungry for several meals! Don't even get me started on the temperature of the place, because I was freezing there the whole time. I was bundled up in blankets for days, and every night, I was curled up into a ball with few blankets wrapped around me tight to try and keep warm. And even then I was freezing cold. I got lucky that one of my friends had stopped by during one of the visitation days to drop off some clothes, including sweaters and sweatpants to keep warm. And seriously? Only 4 visitation days? All limited to 1 time for each day? WTF is wrong with this place? It should be every single freaking day! Every other hospitals I've been to has been at least 1 - 2 max - EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I swear this hospital's doing all of this on purpose a person go mentally insane to be kept in the hospital for a longer period of time to milk as much money as possible from the patients! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. If I could take stars AWAY from other reviews, I would. Anyone who says this place is "fantastic" or "amazing" is either paid or lying. This place is a disgrace to the medical profession. Let's start back in March 2011... I was forcibly taken to what was then Bergen Regional Medical Center by my ex-wife. She said I was suicidal. We were in the middle of a divorce and she was taking my kids from me... I was depressed, but far from suicidal. After finally agreeing to go and talk to a Dr there, I was put on a 72-hour psych hold. Even though I was ASKING for help, and voluntarily checked in, I was placed on a 72-hour suicide watch. Not because I was a danger to myself or anyone else, but because, and I quote, "you are too smart and will just check yourself out tomorrow." I wish I could have. I would have been out of there 10 minutes after getting in. When I arrived at the ER, it was 1130am. I didn't get placed into my room until 1230am that night. So, 13 hours in the ER to be told that I HAD to be admitted, against my will, for 72 hours. I'm in the military, I can suck it up for 3 days. So, as I said, I get to my room at 1230am. A quick 3 hours and 15 minutes later some younger, I can only guess he was an intern, knocks on my door and tells me he's there to give me a physical. I asked him what time it was. "3:45am" "Is the hospital on fire?" "No, I'm here to administer your intake physical" "No, I don't think you are." "I need to give you a physical" "If you don't get the F$&! out of my room, you're going to be pulling that clipboard out of your ass!" Door closes, I'm left to sleep......until wake-up at 630. The next day we had a severe snowstorm which extended my stay by 2 more days because the Dr didn't want to call and release me. They did nothing for me in the 5 days I was there. Fast forward to April 2019.... My son was sent for a psych evaluation by the school for something he said. In the back of my head I was telling myself, "this is a bad idea, going back here". It was. Instead of just evaluating him, they forced me into "voluntarily" admitting him for "up to 7 days". This was on a Wednesday. The doctors and social workers don't work weekends, so if I couldn't get him discharged Friday, he had to stay in until Monday. Doctor wouldn't discharge him on Friday. So, he too stayed 5 days. This place is a racket, a scam. They run up bills for insurance and do NOTHING to help you, if you are there for any sort of mental health issues. ************STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!************ Go out of state, go to an independent psychiatrist, go to a Priest/Rabbi... GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! Update: Just found out that the doctor who prescribed my son his medication didn't even sign the prescription!!! And we know it's damned near impossible to find a doctor after office hours. Omg this place couldn't possibly get any worse, could it?!?!?!?! read more

This hospital has very discreetly held the lease for the one and only Methadone therapy clinic in all of Bergen County in the very back of the hospital grounds. It has been there for over 30 years and currently treats over 200 Patients. The treatment is unique and second to none. And now, amidst the worst opioid epidemic in recent history, this hospital has selfishly decided to not renew the clinic's lease, forcing everyone out of treatment in just 30 days!!! Some people may have the ability to travel 30 miles to drug ridden Paterson to the next closest clinic, but many will be forced out and will die from the disease of addiction because of this. There are new and deadly street drugs everywhere creating the need for treatment now more than ever. Many will want to protest, however they may not due to wanting to remain discreet about their treatment. These patients have been clean for years, they have jobs and families. There are nurses and counselors who have worked there for decades, making them true professionals. Bergen County needs this clinic!!! Shame on this hospital administration for what they are doing. Worst emergency room!!! Just don't go here. If you want to be ignored this is the place. Spoke to the "doctor" once. He says blah, blah could be blah, blah let's get an X-ray wait 45 mins for that. I have to say the X-ray tech was nice & friendly. Before the X-ray I was just hNed a cup for urine. I do that don't seethe nurse someone tells me leave it on the counter. About 40 minutes later 40 minutes!!! She comes back and asks if I have the urine sample. Gee I didn't know I had to just hold onto it while waiting the patient holding are!! I wasn't even in a room. This whole time I can see everyone just hanging out by the desk doing nothing. A few minutes after I get back from the X-ray the nurse comes over with some meds and a syringe. She doesn't even tell me what she is giving me I had to ask!!! Another 30 minutes goes by and I've had it. I'm still in pain and know has spoken to me so I ask someone at the desk if I can leave. Her response was "I'm not your nurse" UNREAL!! I find my nurse finally after I HAD to go looking for her. She said she was waiting for the doctor. So finally after another 30 minutes or so she hands me discharge papers and no one tells me anything no results of my x-ray, not what medication he prescribed just nothing! Don't go here !! Worst place ever. They taped my arms together and put an adult diaper on me and tied my arms to the bed as if I was psychotic. I literally wanted to just go to the bathroom. They thought I was crazy because I refused to speak to them. I had long nails and they said that they were weapons and I could stab them. Lol I spent several months there due to an accidental overdose. I was forced to stay in the rehab, then they threw me in the psych ward against my will with legit psychotic people. One patient wanted to fight everyone all the time, another one would bang their head against the walls, another would steal everyone's stuff along with clothing and literally wear it right infront of you, but say it's theirs Like WTF. Some of the staff I really grown to like but this place is disgusting and just a little cleaner than the county jail. I guess that's what Medicaid gives you?! I arrived in the middle of the night to a creepy basement where all the minors with psych issues were kept. the first bad thing i experienced was another girl breaking down over her xanax withdrawals and a nurse completely ignoring her as she lied on the floor. children with depression, anger issues, drug addicts, and the mentally disabled were all put together here but we were all given the same treatment?? my first morning there i was woken up by some bimbo looking nurse to get blood drawn. they refused to give me my birth control for 4 days which triggered a period. a large male nurse would sit in the hallway all night while we slept and every night i feared he would try to sexually assault one of us in the night with no one to believe us. the food was one of the worst parts. i remember being served some type of meat that had green spots on it. everyone was desperate to communicate with that MF Dr. Hall who is just a cunt who doesn't give af about the patients. not once did i get any type of therapy or treatment, just puzzles and coloring and movies. during the 7 days i was here, i got to step outside for fresh air ONCE. it was october and the windows were so broken in my room that we had a puddle of rain stream in. One time, one of the youngest patients was mentally slow and I overheard a nurse say "Wow. I hope my child never turns out that stupid". for the most part, the nurses were incredibly mean to us kids. anytime one of us would have a breakdown, we were threatened with getting thrown in isolation: a dark, 8x10 ish room with a single bed in the middle of it. i slept in a room with 2 other girls. past patients would engrave horrible things into the walls such as "there is no escape". overall this place gave me ptsd. it only makes children worse. if you actually give a shit about your children, don't send them here. there's a reason they allow absolutely no phones or cameras in here no matter how well behaved you are. read more

This is the 3rd time I went there in unbearable pain very tough to even get there and left in miserable pain without receiving and type of care or medicine whatsoever I'm tired if being used as an insurance payment the physiology department only wants to rack up bills through mri tests and the outcome is the same no meds no care of my pain I'm done with the entire facility after this mornings last chance if u don't want to waste ur time I'd suggest looking somewhere else read more

I was in earlier last week to schedule a Scan, saw an employee that really made me feel uncomfortable. Her name was Maria, she was in scheduling. She was playing a game of seeing if the people on the phone trying to schedule would wait. She said if they waited for half an hour that she would answer it. If they said anything to make her go out of her way, she would just put them on hold and continue to text on her personal phone. I believe that only the people waiting online were scheduled. I feel bad any of the people she played with. Good job on your hiring and training New Bridge. Unorganized. Poor communication between departments. Don't accept insurance for a COVID test that they asked me to take. Crooks. I arrived for a COVID vaccine booster shot. Unfortunately, I was informed earlier in the day that one of my workers tested positive. The persons at the booster location instructed me to walk over to the testing location and get tested before I get the booster (my wife was present for that conversation) The persons at the test site told me I can't walk up that it was drive up only. So I retrieved my car and drove up. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, the same people tell me I can't get a test without an appointment - this contradicts what the persons at the vaccine station told me. So they tell me to fill out an online form and I do...the next persons asks me why I didn't fill out the online form - and asks me to fill out the form again. So I do. The next person asks me for my appoint confirmation...? Is anybody listening?? I explain my situation to a yet another technician. They agree to administer the test - the tech swabs the outside edge of my nostrils...I've taken dozens of COVID tests since I work in entertainment - her technique was not the proper technique....this will return negative results regardless of my COVID status. After taking the COVID test that the hospital told me to take, the hospital charged me for the test yet they never shared my test results. I've called four times - nobody answers or they tell me they are too busy (but not too busy to charge me). Per the Governor's orders, State affiliated hospitals as well as insurance companies should not charge any fees for COVID tests if there is a medical reason to take the test. I will be filing a complaint with the state of NJ Dept of Health. read more

No stars, went for the Covid vaccination. Made an on line appointment. Got there one hour early on a rainy, frigid Saturday morning, waited 90 minutes outside. Senior citizens with walkers, canes etc had to do the same.., terrible! Got to entrance and when they checked ID it was no go as I am not a Bergen county resident, but work there 5 days a week. Why was I given an appointment when I clearly listed my home address and zip code. Wasted 3 hours of Saturday for this mess... I will NEVER go to this facility again!!! read more

Disgustingly dirty place. They have arts and crafts rooms where they use sparkles. You will see sparkles everywhere. On people's faces on beds just everywhere. The place is disgusting and dirty. The staff are all hired from the same pool of Zombies. I guess working there drains all your compassion and empathy if they had any to begin with. I saw a doctor in the clinic about an ear affliction on 10/23. I have health insurance through Medicaid while I am unemployed for which I am grateful. The doctor prescribed a very expensive medication not covered by my plan...TWICE. Neither I nor CVS was able to reach anyone in person at the clinic to help as calls "to speak to a nurse" go directly to voice mail. So I finally wised up and pressed "5" then "1" to make an appointment because it's the only live person who answers. The doctor was nice enough to finally return my call to switch medications but then did the same thing again. I cannot afford $200 ear drops. Who could? So...a week and a half later, I debate what to do next..it shouldn't be this difficult! read more
