That left Chef's Corner. Took a bit for me to pull the trigger but their well organized site and fantastic Yelp reviews convinced me, along with a generous first purchase discount. I have to applaud them for being prompt to respond to inquiries, and their willingness to address a shipping challenge was truly a blessing. I bundled several items and everything arrived sooner than expected and in flawless condition. When I was setting up my table it caused me to look harder at a piece I recently ordered direct from Le Creuset and I discovered a flaw, (already proving a hassle to rectify that) so going forward I would absolutely order from Chefs Corner instead of direct from manufacturer. I was immediately greeted by Chris and his daughter who were running the store that day. As I perused through the showroom floor I immediately could tell that the quality of products were superior to those that I would normally find at a big box store like Lowes or Costco. This was definitely commercial quality stuff. I expressed my concern over the pricing and Chris reassured me that while the pricing was higher, the durability would make up for this. He had numerous examples of customers from his other business, Best Yard, who have had the same products sold in Brite Ideas for years. It felt good knowing that there was so much knowledge and experience inside that store and that Chris is putting his money where his mouth is by opening this store, which tells me he believes in the product. All in all I was very happy with my experience inside Brite Ideas and I will certainly be back to purchase lighting products for my home. Chris even informed me that he has an on staff consultant who can help me decide what would be the best plan when decorating my home. With this kind of customer service I don't mind spending the extra $$ to get a product that will actually last and stand up to the Colorado elements, all while supporting a local family-owned business.

I have been working with Johnny Battle for the past couple of years and they are quite simply the easiest and most accommodating embroidery provider I have found. The customer service is through the roof and you can tell they really care about their customers and the garments they provide. If something isn't quite right, they will make it exactly right before shipping anything out and even replace it no questions asked! One aspect of the company that I really appreciate is the super fast turn around. I received my garments in 2 days. YES 2 DAYS!! Their turn around is crazy fast and for me that's a huge benefit since I'm always so busy. I recently made a visit to their "stitch factory" to pick up some hats they did for me and I must say these guys run a tight ship. I wasn't sure what to expect since most of the other providers I have encountered seem to have a "sweat shop" type of feel when you walk in. Not these guys! This very interesting building is the original Littleton railroad depot, built in 1888 by the…read moreAtchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe railroad. The building has been moved from its original location. The caboose next door is about ten years younger than the depot building. The depot is now the headquarters of the Littleton Fine Arts Guild which is celebrating its 55th anniversary in 2017. Most of the building is devoted to the Depot Art Gallery which regularly presents work by the members of the Fine Arts Guild and, occasionally, broader shows. The caboose is sometimes pressed into service as additional gallery space (rather difficult to access, unfortunately, via a very steep iron staircase). The depot building is owned by the City of Littleton and maintained by the Fine Arts Guild. Art shows are presented in the Baggage, Ticket, and Waiting rooms. The spaces are a little cramped and the quality of the art is variable, but this is a good place to find a bargain by a local artist. A wide variety of media is exhibited, including painting, sculpture, photography, pottery, and jewelry. There is lots of free parking and admission is free. I find it hard to keep track of their shows as I have not found a way to get on their mailing list, if one exists, and the Fine Arts Guild does not do a good job of publicizing their events.
