Without naming other establishments this one goes above and beyond to make sure my issues are addressed in the best possible manner. Tony is my go to therapist, he's personable, compassionate, and really takes time to work with me. He makes sure each exercise is done correctly to be the most effective. He doesn't force anything that is too painful, which I can't say about other establishments. Although my issues are pretty bad, he without a doubt helps me relieve some of the pain. If you don't use Tony there are some other great therapist too, they are never understaffed! Best part is they are open 6 days a week which is super accommodating for my work schedule. I couldn't recommend EPTG any more. I highly suggest giving them a shot if you're looking for a therapist!!

My neurologist recommended that I go to physical therapy. I walked in there feeling perfectly fine. Then the girl put her hands on me. Walking out to my car, my right leg started to bother me. By the time I got home I was at 5-6 level of pain. The next day I was ok when I 1st woke up but by the time I was on my bus I was uncomfortable. Then I was in pain. 6-7 pain! I called them and let them know. I had the appointment for today and by the time I left my car to get there, I was limping badly. Pain at8-9. I see the girl and nothing she does works. Makes it worse. She says there's nothing more she can do and to call my doctor. That's it. I was perfectly fine before I walked into that office. Do not go here if you value your health

But now that the info is submitted and will hopefully be added, I will be inserting the same review here and leaving my older one up so people can find it here. With that being said, this place is pretty amazing! Seriously, from top to bottom, I have been coming to this location for a little over a month and have had no complaints about anything or anyone here. To start, you are required to have a temperature check before you even walk into the office. They take this VERY seriously here, and for good reason given the times we are in with Covid-19 impacting the world. Any temp, even a tiny bit, above their allowed protocol temp and I promise you will be turned right around and not let in. It happened to me on my very first visit, even with a copy of a recent negative Covid Result in my hands, so don't even try it! They really want everyone inside to be safe. The front staff is SO kind. They really do try their best to make sure you get your appointments and book you ahead of time to ensure you have time slots that work with your schedule. The last thing they try to do is inconvenience you, which I really appreciate. They work with you. They call you a day before your appointment to remind you to come in, and happily greet you every time you come in. Now to the best part of this place: the physical therapists. I go twice a week and alternate between two physical therapists. For privacy reasons I won't mention their names, but I can tell you just from simply observing most of the therapists with their patients, they're all great and I have yet to see a patient or anyone outright complain or disagree with the way they help people. My physical therapists are incredible. They really do, and always have given, their best effort to help me out. They will try a multitude of different exercises or methods to hopefully get you into a better place than when you first walked in for the initial evaluation. I would HIGHLY recommend coming to this place for physical and occupational therapy!!

I have been super happy with his care at SportsCare PT Bergenline. The facility is roomy, open and super clean, they start on time, and we've had a great experience with the therapists, therapist assistants and front desk. My father has special needs and they take that into consideration. They NEVER leave him unattended (such as another place did) and are very encouraging. You can tell they are serious about making progress. My father now has an easier time getting in and out of the tub, and I'm hopeful he can get even stronger. 5 stars!!

Kacey (my occupational therapist) and Noelle and Will (my physical therapists) put together an actual plan tailored to my condition--not just generic exercises. The personal attention, knowledge, and genuine care they give is rare. I'm stronger, moving better, and getting my life back because of this team. He was absolutely right, I have worked with two of the therapists so far and both of them are changing my life for the better. Humberto Colmenares interviewed me the first day I came in. After two weeks at Kesseler with Humberto and Maria's support, I was able to walk without with moderate pain. After 6 weeks, I was able to walk comfortably, travel longer distances, and stand for at least 15-20 minutes at a time without pain. Humberto taught me a series of exercises that I could do at home to help with my recovery. Everyone at the facility was kind and very helpful.

Most chiropractor visits entail 5 minutes of you explaining your symptoms while the chiropractor pretends to listen and then applies the usual back cracks for about 3 minutes and then you're done and out of pocket $70-100. Not here. Dr. Eugene Lee is fantastic. He's an amazing listener and takes great care in thoroughly explaining treatment and course of action. He caters his treatment towards your actual symptoms. He listens carefully and then may or may not do some cracking depending on your symptoms. Then a massage therapist comes in and performs a great massage geared to you. Afterwards, they will do electro-muscle therapy and then cold pack. All in all, about an hour's worth of work. Again, this is not your typical chiropractor. Additionally, Dr. Lee is also a licensed acupuncturist so you have the best of both worlds if you need it. Don't bother going anywhere else. Come here. You won't regret it and you'll feel fantastic afterwards.
