They came in quickly to replace the water heater and repair the damage. New flooring, drywall, paint and carpet. I was very pleased with how amazing everything looked. This wasn't just a rushed fix-it job, they really made it beautiful! They left the place spotless and ready to rent. I inquired about replacing an existing weathered deck that I felt wasn't worth saving. Many layers of paint that were chipping off, some scruffy looking boards, it looked hopeless. Trace looked at it and told me the wood was in good shape and recommended having it sanded down and a sealer/stain applied. I was blown away! It looked brand new! He saved me thousands of dollars. Third floor condo - we ordered all, they bought everything up three flights of steps ( 950 square feet) - after carpet was up they noted flooring was off, and LV was not an option unless floor floated.
