The owner did finally let me trade and gave me an option of other cars in my price range.i decided to take an suv and got another piece of garbage. 3 years passed and i needed a work car so i looked around for weeks and couldn't find anything. My husband out of all people said let's just go to that shop that we went to before he was obviously talking about Best auto sales they had a new location with more of a selection. I couldn't believe it I found a car that I loved and that was a Buick lacroseee. It was red and had tented windows,new tires but had literally 60 codes come up when I put it on the computer. So I took it back to him and the paper with all the codes and he let me pick out something different but told me he was gonna take $1000 from what I paid him for the red car that had all the problems. I start driving the Acura that I traded the red car for very nice car. I love it, but it needed a Cadillac converter and other problems were wrong with that.Car. I gave up trying to keep up with the car. It was problem after problem after problem so I did not pay my payment for one month. My father passed away two weeks ago. This man has no sympathy whatsoever he was blowing up my phone. I tried to explain to him. I was at my father's funeral and he did not care his reply to me was it's not my fault that your father passed away then a couple days later I get a text saying he had been to my house three times and one night to pick up my car and it was not here. He Sent me a picture of the house that was not even mine and told me he was calling the police to report his car stolen lol. Yes I was financing the car, but it was still in my name as well. He makes up lies to try to get you to pay or to try to scare you to think they're gonna come get your car. He is a joke!! When you get a car from him you have to wait hours to do the paperwork because he's in and out of the office while he's working with you. When I bought the last car from him, my husband was with me and he was speaking Spanish, and the owner of best auto sales told him to be quiet. Do not interrupt. That was very rude, and my husband was the one that had all the cash in his hand for the car. This is the worst place you could ever buy a car from. He is very disrespectful. His workers are very disrespectful unless you want someone to rob you for your money do not go here. The last time I test drove the most recent car his helper went with me and told me there was only certain places I could go, and the interstate was not one of them because their insurance did not cover that!! With this excellent background about the business, I decided to return with a retired pilot who was a friend of a good friend of mine, and deal with another sales consultant. For in sales the customer is not owned. He has to be earned all the step of the way. And I am a firm believer of Relationship selling. "Relationship salesmanship, is a sales approach that prioritizes building trust and long-term relationships with customers over simply closing a deal. It involves understanding the customer's needs, offering tailored solutions, and fostering a genuine connection that leads to ongoing partnerships." This second time when we arrived, we found Sales consultant Danny, in his office and went to him. He did an excellent job in listening to both of us, in explaining what they had available at the time, and in taking us for a test drive, first of a Honda Accord and then of the 2022 Lexus ES 350 Luxury Edition, which I ended up purchasing cash, with my 5 years of savings and investing with this goal in mind. After all, I once taught at the university level a very popular course titled: "How to Make Your Money Grow." On the second day, I went to put together the deal. Danny gave me a copy of all the paperwork with the description of the Lexus and one with a photograph of it on top, and a breakdown of the costs and total payment I needed to have the check made. He also gave both my friend and I a Brambleton Imports cap. What is even better, he introduced me to Woody, the owner of the dealership, and wonderful person, who congratulated me for the ownership of my new car, and told me to come by anytime if I needed my car washed. On the third day, Danny understood that it would take some time to gather my high-interest savings and investments, together and transfer the amount to my Credit Union here. As a sign of good intention I wrote a deposit check for $1,000 and handed it to him. Today, we successfully finalized the deal, it was a win/win situation. He not only obtained my business, but what's even more important, my trust and my future referrals. And I received the beautiful Lexus of my dream. His delivery of my Lexus was exceptional. He showed me how some of the basics worked, connected my cellphone Bluetooth with the car, and programmed my home address.

The transmission service and recall were completed the same day the vehicle was dropped off, which was good. I was also happy to learn that they offer a shuttle service to and from home since I was dropping my vehicle off for the day and didn't have a ride back. I did experience a bit of frustration in regards to picking my vehicle up. I was not able to pick up the vehicle the during business hours, so I took care of payment over the phone. During the call I asked that the spare key and paperwork be locked in the vehicle on the lot for me to pick up after hours. Upon getting to the dealership, my vehicle was not in the area they said they had parked it, so it took a bit of time aimlessly driving around the lot before I spotted it. Once I found it, I opened the door to find no key and no paperwork. Since it was a weekend and they weren't open, I left with the vehicle thinking I'd call in the morning to find out the situation. I ended up having to call in three different times over a span of 4 hours until I got in touch with someone that knew where my key and paperwork ended up, and not just being forwarded to an answering machine. I understand that there can be change-of-hands errors between technician and front desk personnel in regards to customer requests. However, I didn't anticipate having to drive around the building's lot to look for my vehicle, driving back the next day for keys and paperwork, or spending more than 15 minutes on the phone trying to find out what happened. This isn't a big enough deal for me to stop going here, but it was definitely frustrating to deal with the seemingly disjointed performance between the service desk and the technician handling my vehicle.

I was forced to exchange it for an Acura, which then suffered a catastrophic engine failure on I-81 during heavy holiday traffic while I was traveling with four of my children. The vehicle was not repairable. After towing and diagnostics, I had no option but to donate it to Cars for Veterans to avoid further fees. Selling a branded-title vehicle, then providing an unsafe replacement, shows serious issues with disclosure and inspection. Proceed with extreme caution.

Dealt with Thomas at first and he was fine until I went to test drive the 3rd vehicle and pretty much told me that I couldn't test drive it off the lot. After asking around, I was told that wasn't a rule and I felt lied to. Also found out that the vehicle I came specifically for was going into Service and was told it would be impossible for me to test drive it at all. When I told Thomas I didn't want to deal with him anymore after that, I got with Bryan Staggs who I had previously talked to before coming. I informed him how I felt lied to from Thomas and he apologized for it, told me I could have test drove the vehicle I originally came for just I couldn't leave the lot because it was undergoing a safety concern in service. Which made more sense and glad he informed me of this. Bryan also tried his best to work some numbers for me for another vehicle I was really interested in but unfortunately we couldn't get the numbers in the price range I was trying to stay in and I had to walk away. Regardless Bryan was super helpful from the time he contacted me over the phone, sent me more pictures/video of the truck, and the entire interaction with him physically!
