Called this company on Jan 16th and scheduled a maintenance service call for my York heat pump. The…read moreservice was scheduled for a week later on the 23rd. I waited almost an hour that morning and no one showed up. I called the office and was told, due to weather, that my service was moved to the following day. The next day I waited until well into the afternoon and, again, no one showed up. Again, I called the office and was told they were "backed up" and "short a tech", so my service had to be rescheduled to a week later. For two consecutive days this company let me wait for a tech, knowing my appointment had been cancelled, and did not even have the courtesy to call me and let me know. I had to call THEM to find out. I was also told that they bumped my appointment because they had not installed my system. It did not matter to them that I had purchased all the equipment from them, an amount of roughly $6000. Apparently this also gives them justification to cancel appointments without informing customers. I asked to have the manager call me to discuss the matter. Just like the rest of this company, the manager did not have the consideration to call me. Buyer beware. Do not purchase equipment or servicing from this company. Especially if they did not install it. Update: owner decided to call me only after I informed the company I would be posting a review.

Called HHP they came so quick. They were so friendly, had all the tools they needed, found the issue, contacted another specialist who was here not long after that. He arrived...again super nice easy to deal with. Found the issue got the unit working and ordered parts. They transferred our account over to them no issue. Were up front about costs and what might be charged. So far IMO great customer service, friendly staff, and awesome to fit us in so quick on a Friday afternoon. Apparently these are the guys that Costco is using now.

Greg and Connor were very polite and courteous, making sure they took their boots off each and every time they went in and out to the service van. Cory was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us during the sales process and you couldn't ask for a better pair of administrative personnel than Jamie and Candice in the office. We received 4 quotes from several different companies but none could match the customer service experience we received from the folks at Atmosphere. After the new system was up and running we had some trouble learning how to properly operate and control the new system and without hesitation Cory dropped in for a second visit to give us another thorough tutorial and explanation of all the workings of the system. The installation is very neat and tidy and we are happy to say we are much more comfortable and cozy with our new Carrier heat pump system. Thinking I'd have to wait until Monday to get someone out here, I asked if it was enough to tape over it so no one would use it till then, or shut the breaker off that controls that switch. They sent Dan, an electrician, out. He arrived in about a half hour, replaced the bad switch, and did a few other jobs for us while here (replaced a light fixture, replaced a defunct smoke detector, and checked on another fixture for us. Dan was very efficient and glad to answer any questions we had. We called Evergreen with an online search, hoping we picked a good one. We did.

I tried to bleed the lines, but didn't get all the air out before the boiler shut off, and I was too scared to push the button again. I called after hours, and buddy walked me through the whole thing step by step- which means my kids had hot baths tonight! He did not have to help me over the phone, he could have charged me a bunch of money to send someone out to do it for me. Whenever I need someone to service the boiler, or if I ever need any more work done- this is the first company I will call. Can't thank you enough for helping this tired, stressed mom out today. He started the process, cleaned it and on putting it back together said we had problems, indicated to my husband we had a fault, husband looked and said that symbol was normal and came on when we had a demand for hot water in the home. The tech still saying we have problems with the system. Then we hear him on the phone looking for direction, at one point he said "its my fault" to whoever was on the other end of the line. My husband then said, we didn't have a problem until you came and oh my we hit the HURT feeling train. Now we are on speaker phone with the owner/boss a rude and arrogant person. His claim, we are not responsible for things that break during a cleaning?? "Shit happens" as I quote his words. We will pay for the cleaning, have another company come check the boiler and never call them again. If I could rate a "zero" I would . If propane is an issue don't agree to service it, my husband had to remove the bolts from the combustion chamber, he was too nervous to do it, but claims to have many years in the trade. When I called them about it, they didn't take responsibility for their work and told me I would need to pay extra for a technician to come after hours. The boiler wasn't leaking before they serviced it, and I'm not sure when the leak started after that because I only noticed it this morning.
