The organic superfood is not bad, you can taste the peanut butter but it also tastes a lot more 'healthy' than the pb^2. Once you've tried it I think you'll understand what I'm saying. The organic superfood definitely comes through in the flavour. The green tea matcha is the only one I've been disappointed in. I got it on free shake day and it was very watered down. It just really lacked the matcha taste.

The containers which had packaged leftovers from the food bar were really hard to read, no ingredients listed, so I couldn't tell if they were vegetarian/vegan or carnivore. So I went to the canned soup aisle, and they had a good selection of options. I noticed the fridge section had a selection of meats and veggie-based things - but something seemed a bit off/old about them; and I'm not sure why. But it IS on the expensive side; and I imagine because it's a Co-op, and of course as a visitor I wasn't a member. The place felt a little crowded/packed with stuff, but didn't have much of what I was looking for. I didn't find the people working there terribly friendly, or rude. However, I had accidentally left a packet of seeds I bought on the counter, and the cashier actually ran to my car to give them to me. That was a really nice, unexpected touch.

Our visit ended up being one of the most memorable stops of the whole trip. This neighborhood grocery story store leans into South Asian food, but with all the usual American staples. The food truck is outside, and all done by one chef. That's to say, the food is made fresh and patience is needed. Thankfully, inside that had a great selection of local and international beer so I bought a 6-pack for us to enjoy while we waited. There were also colorful characters enjoying food and drinks outside who talked with us at length. It was really pleasant to be able to wait comfortably.
