THEY BROKE MY CAR AND REFUSE TO FIX IT!…read more +Do not expect any customer service. Kevin Frith, the sevice center manager, is only concerned about himself and his bottom line. If I could put a zero star review, I would do so. I drove in to a bay seeking a basic oil change. I am a single mom with three kids in my car. He then tried to sell me on brakes from a sister company and claimed he was required by the center to read to me - so be ready for having to listen to services your car "needs" on top of an oi change. Fifteen minutes after we drove in for the supposed 10 minute oil change, they supposedly started my actual oil change. The technician came to my window @ 5 minutes after starting and told me he hit a radiator tube with his elbow and radiator fluid went everywhere. He told me my car was not driveable; the best he could do was put it in neutral and push it into the parking lot but I would have to get it towed on my dime. I also had to figure out how I, as a single mom, was getting myself and three children home. I had it towed to the shop and they determined the radiator hose needed to be replaced - $3800. Despite it driving in perfectly fine, no warning lights and no concern raised by their own Valvoline tech, Mr. Kirth and Valvoline are refusing to pay a dime to fix the car that was driving when it pulled into their bay. Their claim - there was radiator fluid that showed it would eventually need to be replaced at some point in the future, though how they could tell when the tech told me he spilled radiator fluid all over is hard to understand. I drove in with a perfectly working car but because some unknown day in the future - weeks, months, year(s) who knows -it would need replacing, they were responsible for none of it. It was clear from the time I was stranded there that Valvoline was going to do anything possible to deny any responsibility despite the tech admitting he accidently hit the tube with his elbow and spewed radiator fluid everywhere. They let Mr. Kirth make the determination rather than someone above him and all he clearly cares about is his bottom line, not doing what is right. This service center is NOT about the customer. This service center is NOT about doing what is right. This service company only cares about itself and clearly Valvoline is no different since he purportedly is speaking for the company. The "customer service" rep listening in refused to give me his name. UNLESS YOU WANT VALVOLINE TO BREAK YOUR CAR AND LEAVE YOU STRANDED - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE CENTER. DO NOT USE ANY VALVOLINE AS THE CORPORATE CULTURE CLEARLY FLOWS TO ITS MANAGERS. Perhaps someone who belives in customer service will review and step up and take responsibility but I doubt it. The way they handled this was dispicable. They did not even care they left a single mom of three stranded at a service center!!! In the meantime, I will continue to fight this and will provide further reviews focused on their puported corporate "customer service" as well as that of the local service center and Mr. Kirth. Short Review: RUN AWAY AS QUICK AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN.

I'm very familiar…read morewith Woodstock since I lived in Kennesaw for 20+ years, but I have to discover all of my new places of convenience. I was searching for places to get my emissions done, when I was eating lunch in Woodstock. A bunch of places popped up, but Grease Monkey had one of the highest ratings and happened to be next door to the Mexican restaurant I was eating at. And I'm so glad it did! Grease Monkey is an oil change service station, that does emissions and apparently car washes too. There's plenty of parking and the location is extremely easy to find. When I arrived, there was a wait for the emissions. Jason informed me where to park and kept me informed on when to move. He kept apologizing for the wait. Once he finally got to my car, I only had to wait about 10 minutes. I waited inside and the waiting area, is much nicer and cleaner than most service stations. Jason had an a great personality and sense of humor! He closed my transaction out, we had a couple of laughs, and I was on my way! I'll definitely come back to Grease Monkey when necessary and tell me family that we have somewhere close to the house that we can go to for car maintenance.

We are new the the state and needed to find a mechanic. After receiving several buy one get one oil…read morechange coupons in the mail, we decided to give Chloe's a try. We were able to make appointments one hour apart for our two vehicles, both needing synthetic oil changes. The first vehicle was dropped off and checked in by our appointment time (11am). We were told we would receive a call when it was done so we went across the street to the store. At 11:37 we received a text message with a link to the results of the 21-point inspection (which is performed during every oil change and included in the price). There were photos of the two issues marked as "may require attention soon" which we thought was a great feature. We hadn't received a call yet but were done at the store so we headed back in. When we walked in they said they were just about to call. They then took us back into the garage to actually see the leak for ourselves which we thought was very cool - real transparency on their part! He said that as long as we monitor the oil level and it isn't decreasing, that this isn't something to worry about for now. They explained the process of what they would need to perform to figure out where the leak is coming from and quoted that cost so we can plan to do that in the future. We paid and left the second vehicle for the noon appointment. Around 12:30 we came back as we assumed they would be almost done since the other vehicle was done in 40 minutes and we expected zero issues with our second car is it is fairly new and barely driven. As soon as we walked in the gentleman that had been helping us said we were a little early so we said we would sit in the waiting room. The waiting room was VERY nice. In fact, there are two waiting rooms. You walk through a door into the first which appears to be set up for folks who may want to do some reading or working in a quiet environment, equipped with bar stools and a counter bumped up agains the window. Then you walk through a second door into a larger waiting area with comfy chairs and a couch, a large TV, LOTS of magazines, a Keurig with complimentary coffee as well as a mini fridge with complimentary coke, water, and juice. In a second attached room was a kid's play room with toys, a giant chalk board, and another TV and DVD player. The bathroom was clean and the female bathroom even had a nice diaper changing table, wipes and diapers. (We didn't look in the male bathroom) Up to this point the review is 5-stars. Unfortunately the following drops it to a 2-star in our opinions, BUT because everything else was so great, we settled with a 4 star.... We sat in the waiting room until 1:30 (90 minutes after our appontment time...for an oil change) when I decided to check on the car. The woman at the front desk went into the garage and came back in apologizing. The car had been done for a while but when the mechanic announced to the lobby personnel that it was done, no one heard and he didn't bother to verify that the message was received. The woman again apologized, I told her that is very frustrating when people say something without actually getting your attention first and just expect you to hear a random announcement made when you're mid-focus. (People do this to me at my job often!) Unfortunately this was very disappointing and frustrating to my wife and I as we had things to do on our Saturday afternoon and wasted I'm guessing 30-45 minutes sitting in that waiting room while our car was sitting in the parking lot with the work completed. With all of that being said, we felt Chloe's Auto Repair is trustworthy and honest, and we plan on using them for future auto maintenance and repair needs.

He was very helpful and got me everything I needed as far as my tires and oil went, even on the very busy day they were having. This was a while ago, so I honestly don't remember a whole lot and should've written this review sooner because he deserves it, but I do know I received thorough, above and beyond service. My 1-star experience comes from last week. I was parked in the line going into the shop and was prompted to come inside, which was no problem at all, and I was assisted by a lady, not sure what her name was though. I explained that I had a flat tire which was previously fixed with the tire plug but wasn't sure if there was another tear somewhere else. In response, I was immediately told that they couldn't fix a tire twice, no offer to even look at the tire in question. I also had an extra tire (but no wheel on it) in good shape but was not sure if it had ever been used or not, since the car previously belonged to a relative. To this, I was immediately told that they could only install/replace new tires. Again, no offer to even look at my tire. I then went to Mavis around the corner, just to find out that the leak was coming from the tire plug, and they fixed/reinstalled everything in less than an hour. Not sure if this was just a bad day, but definitely two polar opposite experiences. I could understand liability issues and/or being really busy (which was not true this day, only 1 other car being serviced with no others waiting inside or outside), but really all Walmart had to do was take a few seconds and look at my tires.
