These guys are no frills no nonsense. Barely spoke to the guy. If you know what to do the. Should be quick and easy. Popped the gas door, put keys on dash turned off car, got out and let him do what he needs to do. Good location since the tags office is on the other side of Waffle House. Just be Wary, only can get in from towne lake parkway going eastbound and once entering use the lady side of the building for your testing. Left oily interior stuff half heartedly spread I'll over interior. Didn't vacuum or even attempt to vacuum the back seat and rear floor. My running boards still had mud, and dirty spots that were just missed! Plus the guy is rude and acts as if you're an inconvenience. read more

This place came highly recommended by some of the folks at the Tag office for emissions. I've used them before in the past when they were owned by another family and had no problems. They're located right off of I-575 at the Town Lake Parkway Exit. They're next to the Waffle House and across from the Shell Gas Station. There's an annoying median at the center of the road which means if you're coming out of the Tag Office you gotta go on up to where Dunkin Donuts/ Exxon Gas or the Walgreens and make a U turn to come back. There are no connecting exits from the Waffle House to this place. There folks here were super and very friendly. I was able to get my emissions done and was back at the Tag Office in about 15 minutes or so. The cost $20. Is it possible to leave zero stars? I purchased the ambassador package. Waited 3 hours for my car to be detailed. I picked up my car near the close of business, my seats were damp to the point my clothes were soaked. I brought the car back first thing in the morning because there was dewy smell that lingered. I spoke to the same gentleman by the name of John (very unhelpful one might add), who suggested I drive around for 2 days & smell will "go away". He realises this isn't my first car detail. I thought I'd tried somewhere new. The job wasn't thorough either. Don't do it folks. Try somewhere else. I'm literally in the parking lot typing this review. Deeply underwhelmed. read more

Brought in my 2014 Chevy Sonic for a detail and was fairly pleased with what I got back! The man who did the detail for me explained the entire process before he did it. I thought that was good that he set an expectation. The detail took about 30-45 minutes longer than what I was told, and since I was there waiting, that was mildly frustrating. Not a deal breaker for me, though. When I got home, I realized that a couple of sections of wax was never wiped off, leaving white smudges on different areas of the car. The inside was impeccable! The seats were conditioned and cleaned very well. The vacuuming was pristine and I was extremely happy with what happened with the inside of the car! I'm not sure that I'd pay $99 for that service again.. but my car really needed it and I don't regret getting it done. They had good customer service and were very kind. Took my car to get the exterior washed at the end of their business day. Maybe a better job would've been done if it wasn't at the end of their day. My car did not look like it had been washed when it was all said and done. When drying the car they must have used a dirty towel. There were swirl marks all over my car. I took my car back up there and the person that helped was not very friendly. He used glass cleaner to wipe my car down to remove all of the swirl marks. No apologies. I will never take my car to them again. read more

My daughter took her jeep her to get her emission test so I could register the car. A week later the emission test results still had not been uploaded so i could not register online. I went to the tag office, showed them the emission test results. After checking it several times they determined that the VIN had been entered incorrectly using O's and not 0's. Now i had to go back to Jambo to get that fixed. I walked over, pointed out the mistake and asked him to fix / resubmit. Short answer is he cannot do that. Now I have to get my daughter to bring the car back so i can get the emission test fixed and then i can register her car. Not the end of the world here but a little "attention to detail" would have saved me a ton of frustration and a few trips to the tag office. read more

Took my Jeep there for the first time for a wash. They did an okay job. While I was waiting I noticed a sign indicating a car wax for $40. Seemed reasonable so the next day I brought my just washed car to be waxed. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly worker who said I had two choices for a wax. Both were more than the sign indicated. When I pointed to the proudly displayed sign and asked why they were not honoring that price, I was told that was an old sign and that the pricing was actually "removed" because the price was in white lettering, not blue.. This kind of illusionary bait and switch is illegal and this place should be avoided. read more

It took two hours to do a simple wash interior/exterior. The pricing was unclear and the man I worked with didn't speak English well. I explained that I wanted the interior and exterior cleaned and waxed he said that wasn't an option on their menu. So I was unclear on what they were going to do or how much it would cost. The waiting area is dirty and freezing. There were two workers there and when I asked to speak with a manager one guy said the manager was off and the other said he was the manager. After waiting two hours and unclear how much I would pay or what actually was cleaned. I asked the second guy, who was different from the original person I spoke with and asked if they cleaned the interior and exterior and he responded "go look!" I was asking him what he had completed on my car so I was able to verify. When I told him that I was not happy with the windows because I could see the markings from my dogs nose. He cleaned one window and thought he was done. I had to be explicit on which windows needed to be cleaned after that. He also was confused when we asked him to include the 20% discount and acted like he had no idea what that was for. The first guy told us and it's on their pricing that ladies get 20% on Wednesday's. We left and as we drove away I realized the additional areas that weren't cleaned or were cleaned without care or attention to detail. My dad went back and complained and the tall guy, Bob was just arguing with my dad and telling him "we did what you asked". Very disappointment in the car wash, customer service and price. Won't be going back and plan to share my experience with other. read more

I have been to this car wash 3 times now. After I had my cars shipped here from across country they were in terrible condition, covered in oil, dust etc. they guys here did an exceptional job making them both look new. Friendly, welcoming and actually cleaned and waxed by hand! The only reason I give 4 starts instead of 5 is due to the waiting area. We all know waiting for a hand wash and wax can be a while, and comfortable conditions make a big difference. There is an outdoor area with seating that seemed dirty and had spider webs, however much cooler than in UN-air conditioned indoor waiting area. If you need a detail I recommend getting picked up by an uber to do some other errands or wait at home. However I strongly recommend a getting it done here, after 3 visits with two different cars the service is always consistently good and exceeds my expectations. I will not go anywhere else for a car wash. read more

Disappointed with their service. I paid for a full detail and wax over $100. I do not believe they actually hand washed my vehicle. I mainly seen them using a pressure washer to clean the outside. After my car was complete I pointed out at least 10 minutes worth of additional cleaning that needed to be performed because items were missed (cup holders/door jams that were missed). A few of my windows were not cleaned and I noticed later in the day they didn't roll the windows down so there is a film at the top of the window. Now a week later there's a film on most of the windows that has developed and I'm going to need to re wash my windows. I will look elsewhere for a full detail. The young man even said he was giving me a discount because of all the items missed. Later when I looked at my receipt the discount was for women's Wednesday which I would assume they offer this discount to all women so I really didn't get what I paid for. read more
