She couldn't address simple…read morequestions we had and would repeatedly not answer them, was incredibly difficult to schedule appointments with and would repeatedly tell us how "busy" she is and how quickly her schedule fills up, and despite multiple requests for us to get the documents ahead of our scheduled appointment so that we could actually review them, she refused and kept pushing back the date and telling us that documents could only be provided a few business days before the scheduled appointment. Each time we tried to find a time that worked, Elina would only provide one time in the middle of the day and we had to repeatedly go back and wait another day for Elina to respond with a different time. It was frustrating and frankly ended up being a huge waste of time since weeks after we had submitted our completed questionnaire and asked multiple times for an update on the status of our documents, Elina would just ignore the question and then finally told us it would take another month to get them. We have demanding jobs and young children so we can't drop everything to accommodate Elina's schedule, especially since she couldn't even sufficiently address our basic questions other than telling us it's "best practice". If you are looking for professional service and experienced attorneys, it's probably best to look elsewhere.
