One of the biggest draws of this apartment complex is the location. You're directly across the street from the Lenox MARTA station, which is very convenient if you want to either travel to Midtown or go to the airport. The apartments are within walking distance of Lenox Mall, Phipps Plaza, Publix, Target, Dick's Sporting Goods, and a LA Fitness. The amenities consistently improved during the time I lived there. The community has a covered, gated parking garage with access on every floor. The center of the community has a recently revamped pool area. Interiors (floors, wall paintings, the leasing office) have been renovated in recent years. Maintenance is both effective and efficient. The staff in the leasing office are friendly and professional. They all do their best to ensure a positive residential experience and have planned great resident events. I would highly recommend this community for anyone who is looking for a high quality apartment in an extremely convenient location.

I appreciate that I can walk to the trash chute in my socks and not worry about stepping on something gross. Speaking of the trash chute, these have to be the best smelling ones in the city. Seriously. Normally even the best maintained ones still have a lingering smell. The location is wonderful and access to MARTA is unmatched (and so subtle it doesn't cause any issues like at other places, like near Lindbergh). I'd totally give it five stars if the exterior wasn't so worn. Some of the lighting and pavement needs repair, plus the American flags at Peachtree Walk & 11th Street are faded.

It's a short walk to Piedmont park and even closer to the bars on Crescent Avenue. There is a bit of street noise at the weekend if your apartment faces out onto the street. The swimming pool and gym are pretty small but perfectly adequate. The pool is shaded on 3 sides but still gets sun for the entire day. There's loads of parking and a separate guest parking, which really fills up on Friday and Saturday nights. Pound for pound the best accommodation in Atlanta.

Cons are there isn't much storage- only 1 closet (bedroom one & small), small kitchen (might not be an issue for some, but I love to cook and it was tight), and shared laundry (wasn't really an issue, just inconvenient)! I'd been approved for an apartment about a month ago and was scheduled to move in this Friday when I was informed that the current tenant had been ghosting management and didn't moved out days past the end of their lease. As a result, they wouldn't be able to fulfil my move-in date, which due to my circumstances, meant I needed to pull out. While I fully accept this issue had more to due with the tenant and not the complex itself, I wasn't informed about any of this until I called 4 days prior to my scheduled move-in date to once again ask for photos of the unit that I never received since there were none on file....? Finding availability here is very hard since the location is "relatively" cheaper than its competing apartments on the beltline trail. The application process was fast and all done through the phone, but their website is completely false at conveying how the place actually looks. They claim their courtyard had recently undergone renovation but after seeing the space, I realized all of my friends were right when the compared it to looking like a prison (It very much does). The trash chutes and stairwells are pretty disgusting and the courtyard looks extremely dated. Nothing about how much concrete is in that facility makes it come across as the "hipster-industrial" vibe you're hoping it is. It's a pretty instant hit in the face as soon as you walk into the courtyard how uninviting the common area is (the elevators are also in desperate need of a face lift). Few more things- the website advertises the units having "fully equipped kitchens" which is fictitious. In reality, they're very small galley kitchens with micro-sized, outdated appliances (which I wouldn't complain about if the rent wasn't $1700 a month). Nothing about the apartments or the community space is "luxury" or looks like it's worth anything close to what you pay for it. Their units are extremely bare canvases for you to decorate as best you can to forget the fact that it's a cold, outdated warehouse. If that's your thing and you absolutely have to live right across the street from PCM, then maybe its for you. Fortunately, there's many better deals in metro ATL that look much more like what you're paying for (I found a nicer/more affordable place 1 hour after Ford Factory called me with their tails in between their legs to tell me I couldn't have the space i was promised) so all is well. TLDR; DO NOT apply for this place without visiting it first- and know what your getting yourself into with your unit and the community area.

I also find it ridiculous that in 2026, where we are the most technologically advance we've ever been, they stopped, allowing people who split rent to pay it separately. BEWARE!!!! By far, the WORST apartment complex I resided in. After a few months of living here, I…read morecomplained of water leakage coming from vents. Maintenance team came out and told me they saw nothing. I, then, informed maintenance of mold on my belongings. Maintenance came out, said it was mildew and not to worry about it. Mold spread throughout my entire apartment, from my belongings to my clothing to even the food my dogs were eating. I reached out to the leasing office demanding urgent reconciliation for this matter to which they responded their maintenance supervisor came out and did not find any moisture/humidity leaks. They sent maintenance men out (without my knowledge and hoping I wouldn't be home) to clean out my vents in which every vent had an ample amount of black mold, which they would've noticed months ago when I continuously complained of water leaking from vents. City View wanted to be cheap and not spend money on an actual mold company to come out and evaluate the condition of my apartment and how extensive the mold damage had gotten. As an asthma patient whose symptoms deteriorated beyond inhalers and to a biological injectable medicine because of the mold neglect, I hired my independent mold inspector and property development company who provided me with a report of how many mold spores there were in the apartment and how they in fact DID stem from the moisture in the vents. Fast forward, I demanded being let out my lease after hearing several other neighbors complain of mold to which they responded by giving me a Release in Full paperwork. This paper basically said I wouldn't sue them for any prior, past, or future mold issues. I refused to sign that document because it took me mentioning my health was deteriorating and I was taking legal action (I had already retained a Personal Injury lawyer at this time) for them to release me. Long story short, they sent me a hefty move-out invoice to which I am suing them in small claims court for Constructive Eviction and they are attempting to counter-sue me accusing me of negligence and improper notice of mold. Thank God I kept all maintenance requests, videos, documentation, reports, and medical summaries resulting from the negligence caused by this disgusting and greedy company. My personal injury lawyer and I will be teaching this company how to properly care for concerns like mold early on so things don't have to go this far. OVERALL, PROTECT YOUR BELONGINGS, HEALTH, AND PEACE OF MIND AND STAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. BEWARE!!!!!
