I was contacted by Ms. L. Manon regarding my request; I was asked for my home address multiple times (unknown as to why) & what procedure I was inquiring about. I was interested in Arm reduction, possible lipo, I was verbally given a quote of $10,000-$16,000+, at which time I said, "that's a lot considering you haven't seen my arms", Ms. Manon instructed me to respond via email with a photo of my arm (which I sent right away) and someone would get back to me. So, I never heard back from anyone and obviously was never offered a consultation appt. The following month I had the procedure done with Spring Ridge Plastic Surgery, which was expensive, but not $10,000+. read more

I came to get a mommy make over with implants. I left there on my surgical day with unbeknownst to me, e.coli in both of my breast. I became septic and my tissue was falling apart. I went up to the receptionist after 35 min to ask how much longer, she said they would take me in the next few minutes. I waited an additional 15 min and still no-one said anything. I waited in the waiting room for a total of 50 min. Went to the desk to tell them I had to leave because I had another appointment. On 3/9/22 I went to BPS Medspa for lip fillers. Thought I'd post a little update Day 1 : Getting lip fillers isn't to painful, if you use the right numbing cream. It did get a little more painful once my lips lost the numbness (used my own cream). Process was easy, just rest back and get poked. Swelling on day one was mild for me by the end of one day. 1ML used. Day 2 : I was super swollen and looked like I was punched in my upper lip. Used ice to help keep it down through out the day. Swollen but not painful. Day 3 : Swelling began to go down, thought my lips where uneven but turns out it was just uneven swelling Day 4 : 99% of swelling down and lips where looking more even. I am very happy with the outcome and my experience. I will say I do want to go bigger lol After Day 4 nothing really changed, also had slight bruising but nothing you could really see unless in my mouth. Everyone in their office was kind and answered any question I had. I'm actually excited to go back for my follow up. read more

I thought long and hard over whether or not to submit a review for this place but since I look at reviews when considering a business, I decided to do so. I had a mini face lift in Dec and was dissatisfied and disappointed with the overall results. I'm not going to go into details on this site about why I was dissatisfied/disappointed but have discussed it with the doctor and tech/nurse at my last follow up visit. I would also add that before considering any cosmetic surgery, to do your homework, look at before and after pictures, read reviews and talk to people that had "work" done by the doctors/s you are considering. I come here for Botox and they do a great job however at one of those visits I saw an advertisement for Coolsculpting. The before and after pictures were amazing. I had a consultation and was told I'd be a good candidate. I had my flanks and thighs done. It was recommended I have 2 treatments which I did at a cost of 3,200.00. a couple of weeks after my last treatment I went in for after pictures. I knew from looking at my body everyday there was no difference and the pictures proved it to them since they did before pictures. I expressed my disappointment and was told the manager, Stephanie would give me a call and that maybe she could do something for me. After 2 weeks went by not hearting from Stephanie I called her and what do you know she said she was about to call me. Said she'd talked to the doctor and that they would give me another treatment BUT I would have to pay a 600.00 applicator fee. That was a slap in the face knowing the employees can use the machine anytime for free. I was not happy with that answer knowing they are still trying to get money out of me. She then said she would reach out to the rep and get back to me the next day. Still waiting for the call. Bottom line...don't waste your hard earned money on Coolsculpting and if you do don't go here read more

Honestly, I had recommended a number of friends and family to them, in the beginning .... the office says they mailed my tank top- they didn't and know it, but that's okay. Then.... He cancels my one year post op because he will be "out for the summer". He reschedules it for fall (1 1/2 years) and would you believe cancels because he's not seeing patients after their one year.... Simply disappointing that someone thinks so highly of themselves that nothing else matters except the mighty dollar. Despite the fact that I was ready to spend more dollars there. At 5:05 PM, while eating dinner, I ignore their call and they leave a voicemail saying they must discuss my test results, to call back when I get a chance. I immediately call back, and the receptionist tells me a nurse will call me back. 45 minutes later I call again, and they confirm that they've paged the doctor on call(?), and she'll call me soon. 20 minutes later and they call back to say there is no doctor on call, and to please call back at 9AM tomorrow. Two years ago I came to have a breast augmentation by Dr. Reedy, who is the best. He's extremely professional and knows what he is doing. He will suggest what he thinks is best, and I suggest listening to him. Day of surgery he is very meticulous about drawing everything out and explaining what's going to happen. I have not yet had my augmentation procedure but I felt the need to write a review based on my initial consult, which I do think is a very important part of the process. I was referred to this establishment by a friend of mine who said she would not even think about going anywhere else! I had a previous consult locally and the differences in appointments was astronomical! First I will have to admit that I was incredibly late due to another engagement running over and hitting traffic. Stephanie was who I've been talking to since day one and she has been absolutely amazing, she met with us even though I was 45 minutes late! Unfortunately the doctor was unable to stay due to his own engagements which did worry but I was in more than capable hands. Stephanie was incredibly pleasant and so knowledgeable. If doctor Reedy is anything like her, which I've heard he is, I know I will be ok! Stephanie answered all of our questions and even answered ones we didn't even think to ask. The consult included a "fitting" which was my favorite part to give me an idea of the end result. My other consult did not do this and in hindsight, this was one of the most important parts! I would never recommend this place to anyone. I had a cyst removed in 2017 and it left an even bigger, raised scar in its place. I am in my early 20's and I went to a plastic surgeon because I am young an the cyst was inconveniently placed on my shoulder. I went back to complain about my scar and only felt belittled and the doctor seemed to not show any emotion towards my concerns. On top of that, they tried to charge me more because I "missed" a payment even though I had the proof otherwise. Now, since summer is coming, I am hesitant about wearing sleeveless shirts and overall disgusted with this experience. Like I said, I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
