Loved the generous amount of truffle on the pasta and the pasta was cooked perfectly aldente. The ragu had a nice acidity to it and was delicious as well. Bruschetta was under whelming but that was ok. Really sweet of them to move us to a shaded table once they noticed I was sitting in an area that was directly under the sun. All in all, such a great restaurant, service was amazing, pricing was reasonable and the food quality was 10/10!!!

OK, it does not talk much to excite us but this was awesome. Enjoying our meal while watching people walk by and walk by. A lot of people walk by and look et you. So if you are self conscious ask to sit inside. They have a basic menu of pasta and at first we thought, "this will not be enough food." It was plenty and so flavorful. My mom went with the minestrone and she raved about it the rest of the trip! I dipped some of my bread in it and agree that it was quite good and that's not normally a soup I care for. The rest of us somehow all got lasagna and most of us enjoyed it, though one of the group found it too "creamy." I would agree that I do like a bit more mozzarella on my lasagna, but that could also be an American thing and not "authentic." Really the only negative here was having to go all the way downstairs to pay my bill. The restaurant isn't very big yet it was not the easiest journey and the wait down there was a bit long. Above all else, the view is breathtaking. From the terrace, Lake Como opens beneath you in an immense sweep of blue water, mountains, and tiny towns along the shoreline, giving you an entirely different sense of its scale from what you experience down in Bellagio. Sitting there over lunch, looking across that extraordinary landscape, remains one of my clearest memories from a place that already feels almost impossibly beautiful. If you arrive in Bellagio by ferry, the restaurant offers a shuttle from town; however you get there, making the climb into the hills is absolutely worth it.
