Great little gem, just off the roadside, plenty of parking and seating (indoor/ outdoor/ open air). Good prices. Came on a Tuesday at lunch time and enjoyed the iced tea, 1/4 chicken (from the by the pound menu), "Crack" Mac and Cheese, and Datil pepper cornbread. The chicken was soooo moist and perfectly cooked, with a nice dark toasty skin. My companion's chopped pork sandwich was also Incredibly moist and well made. The cornbread muffins were adorable, tiny and their spice will creep up on you :) + great with butter. Waitress was polite and attentive. The area even had outdoor string lights and a fire pit for ambiance in the evenings.

Been passing this place going into Palatka and decided to pull in on 11/16. Definitely a great spot to stop in. It was a Sunday and wasn't too busy. Had the deviled eggs first and oh my, delicious. Wanted the poppers but they were out, just means we'll be back to try them. The brisket was so tender just the way I like it. My husband's sandwich was very tasty too. Service was excellent and if you've thought about trying this business, DO IT.

Legit good BBQ! No frills atmosphere - brisket, ribs, chicken, sausage with really good sides. Served by friendly folks.

The waitress was nice and polite and subsequently took our orders. Our appetizer, the onion rings, we're brought out and they were big and crispy and turned out to be the highlight of the night. It became apparent that the waitress was having problems with the kitchen and was constantly ringing a bell to get somebody or anybody's attention in the kitchen. Our entrees came out, and they were brutal. I had the pork sampler and immediately realized portions of my entree were cold. The ribs I got had little to no flavor, we're quite greasy and more fat than meat. My pulled pork was cold , dry and basically not edible. The pork sausage was ok, but reminded me of something I'd get at Race Trac or another convenience store. My partners meal was similarly bad, as it was partially cold, her ribs were tasteless and fatty and the fries she requested well done were soft and chewy; she did like her little container of coleslaw, but basically was done before she started. All in all, it was a wasted $50 on our part, and as it appeared the other groups were having problems getting selected items they ordered, I'd say the establishment has some kitchen problems they need to get corrected. Needless to say, we won't be going back....

Everything came out perfect and pretty quickly! The honey glazed brussel sprouts are an absolute must have! And the Mac and cheese will have you feeling like you've died and gone to heaven. My mom ordered the wings, which aren't traditional buffalo style, but rather a smoky/roasted style... This is definitely one of the nicer dining options in town, and the low-lit, warm atmosphere sets the tone for a relaxed time. I'll be back!
