I was trying to head back home before anything bad happened to my motor but couldn't make it as it started to overheat really bad. I pulled over and called a friend who referred me to Sammy's Towing and Service. I called and right away Sam answered me, he asked for location and without question came to me. Tony came out and was polite, funny and really made me feel better. He was there within the 30 minute timeframe and I never had any issues. Great guy. My State Farm assistant contacted Ken and he arrived really quickly. My Avalanche had a wheel issue and we couldn't go in reverse. Our spare tire was useless. Never used and about 13 years old. Ken knew what the problem was, so he and my husband went to his shop for a part. While there, he found he had a decent tire on a chrome rim that would fit my truck, so they brought that back. Fixed the problem, put the tire and chrome rim on, and everything was perfect. Ken is the nicest guy you'd ever meet. It was his birthday, and he still took time to help us. The bill was really reasonable, much less than I expected. If he lived closer to us I have no doubt we would be friends.
