I've had this guy move several cars for me. The first few times, no issues, fair pricing, tell him the pickup and drop off and consider it done. However, this guy is an unmanageable prick. He has a foul mouth. He doesn't understand fleet towing and who is responsible for the bill, and if you miss a call, he goes to the police. Like a little baby woman child. Cry cry cry little baby. I'll never use you again. You're rates have gotten outrageous. And you broke your wheel lift? Fix the god damn thing. Don't expect the world to pay double to get things done because your equipment is falling apart. The new driver is clearly bringing things down. He's not very fast or efficient or accommodating. To add insult to injury, one of the trucks he took ended up with a smashed bumper and some huge deep scratches all over one side. Not really reliable anymore... what a shame. -------UPDATE----- Scumbag responded below. He insists its not my fault he didn't listen. Its also not his fault that the 2 vehicles were never delivered where I told him to put them. Only 1 showed up. So that's lovely. I would not trust him on your property. Had a tire blow out on the way home from work. After waiting 2 hours for another guy who said he'd be there in 40 minutes, we called 23 1/2 Hours. Should have called them first. Driver was there in 15 minutes. He was professional and had our spare on in no time. Will definitely use them again. read more

I called this guy. He answered. Sounded cool at first. Told him my situation, and he told me what he could do. I had to call him back because my wife had the info on her phone, and I was using her phone because my phone was dying. I ended up calling him a total of 3 times, and while I sat out on the highway with my asthmatic son and my asthmatic self, in the cold. I told him, we wanted his service, and we would pay him cash as soon as he got there. He says, "Nah, forget it. I'm not doing it." And then hangs up on me before I can ask why or say anything back. Putting the pronoun "he" in this post when describing this douchebag is a stretch. He was definitely an it...a straight up...douchebag. And if I could, I'd give him...IT...ZERO stars. read more
