This company should be ashamed of the awful snow removal service they deliver…read more It snowed last night and this 1-man truck comes after 10:10AM the next morning to clean off the parking lot? The large church next door had their snow removal completed by 7AM this morning. They always bury multiple cars in their parked spots and create large snow barricades to keep others from being able to park in their assigned spots as well, every time. Our last bigger snow of 8-10 inches they plowed one single lane in each row and then haphazardly from a truck laid out one row of salt down each plowed lane and were gone in less than 10 minutes. Today they were in and out in just about 10 minutes again. What a waste of money on this business. Don't bother with them at all. They may as well have never come at all.

Our condominium gets a two man team instead of a crew. How hard is it to check the grounds when you live in here. He's not a coowner maybe that's why. We need better, professional service as we're paying him a pretty penny every mth for his services.. Every cut he damages our landscape creating holes in the grass with mud tracks on the sidewalks, holes in the grass, tire tracks and uneven cuts. Please come look before you hire this guy to trash your landscaping. Amateur boasting 30 years experience. I could do a better job. He lives in here sees it no pride or work ethic. You never see him break a sweat, because he doesn't do anything. Doesn't supervise or inspect the grounds as owner of his inept lawn, snow service. He shows pics of homes he supposedly landscapes. Our condominium needs landscaping along with competent cuttings and plowing. A prime example of a company with a contract and the $$$ is his only interest.

So I pretty much started from scratch. This company should be the poster child for how every contractor should run his business. He does not work for free certainly, but he earned every penny. He was on my property practically every day supervising the work, coordinating with everyone concerned and he got everything done ON TIME, as promised. If anything was concerning me, he was managed it immediately and cheerfully. He had to work with and around other contractors who made his job difficult, but he never made excuses. The landscape company, Tuzinowski and pool builder, Gillette, that Richard hired did an excellent job. When you pay someone to manage a project, it should be organized and timely. The customer should not have to spend all his or her time trying to micromanage everyone; that is what the builder/architect/contractor is supposed to do. Richard Hass made the company building my addition look really bad by comparison. But that is another review... I recommend this company to anyone who wants quality, integrity, and accountability. This is how it should be done. As soon as everything has bloomed and turned green I will post before/afters!

The contractors he brought to the table were absolutely first-rate quality and service. He talked us through every phase helping us decide what to do and when, and how best to address changes that were presented during the process. He even talked us off the ledge when weather wasn't on our side during construction and planting. Our property is gorgeous, thanks to Richard's vision, design and horticultural expertise. I've recommended him over and over with confidence.

Then two days later texted if they could come Friday which i agreed. A no show... then very late in the afternoon texted they had a family emergency could they come Saturday. Again I agreed and gave them a time which they said see you Saturday. Now comes Saturday and I get a text past our appointment time if they could come later which I gave them a time they could come around 4pm Around 4 I get a text ...when are you available on Monday as we quit for the day due to rain. I again gave them a time frame when I was available on Monday after 1pm. Well again a no-show and no communications I finally sent them a text to tell them what a joke of a company and that they have no customer service skills on Monday night. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company. Buyer beware, no shows..a big red flag, poor communications and just a lack of urgency when this is what they do for a living. As far as I'm concerned I dodged a bullet and you should too! P.S. This is just a follow-up on my review of Enhanced landscaping. He just called me to tell me to quote " go f**k myself" Such a classless act from a embarrassing company. Like i said...Buyer beware, terrible customer service...do you want to ever deal with a company who would rather throw insults than to solve problems. Know what your getting into before ever contracting with this company!
