They are not reliable and even when they did perform the service the quality was poor at best. Almost weekly I had to ask if they were going to show up. He walked through the whole backyard and told me, not only the damaged trees, but ones that needed servicing right away to protect my family and house. He was informative and showed signs that other tree were being attacked by carpenter ants which I had no idea.
