For me, it's always overwhelming to pick a new pair of sunglasses, but with her help, I chose a frame that I loved. The place is clean and bright with a lot of natural light coming in. I mean, ...as if the customer is the one to blame ? Then he said there is a 9:15 about another hour wait, and said, you can just hang out here and wait. Wait a second ! I took the time from my work, drive out there to get my annual, and now your system made a mistake and I had to pay for it with my time and the lack of hours I missed working and making money! Are you serious ? ??? The doctor is fine, I mean, expected, but the way they handle these situations are terrible. The guy at the front desk on 3/9 Monday morning, literally said " I just work here, if you want to complain, you can wait until my manager gets here in like 40 mins or come back another day" Like other customer complains, my time is precious and not being able to see patients when appointments are confirmed online should be taken seriously. If we need to bring confirmation email or proof, as long as it's notified, we are happy to do so. But when it's not the patients fault, they need to make up for our time.

He took his time with the exam, explaining everything he was doing and asking if I had any questions. Very thoughtful examination with state of the art equipment. He explained the slight vision change I had, and explained every number he was putting in the prescription for glasses. From start to finish it took one hour. The assistant that helped me select glasses was knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this office. I came here on a referral from a colleague and am glad I made the appointment.

I stopped by Bright Vision Optometry since it's close to my house and asked if they were able to adjust my sunglasses to make it fit tighter on my face. The front person was very friendly and the person (I didn't get the name) who helped me with my sunglasses was very nice too. She told me she would tighten the screws and if that didn't work she would bend the frame. Tightening the screws worked and she did it twice upon my request. At the end I offered to pay but she told me it was not necessary. I appreciate their customer service and would not hesitate to return as a customer.
