I called Best Houston Towing, they answered quickly, the gentleman was super nice, quick with info, gave me a great quote for the tow, and let me know just what time the driver would be at our place with rims and tires to put on the car and to get to the tire/rim shop! It literally ALL happened just like that and was SUPER seamless!!!! The driver was on time, wore a mask for his and our safety, was as nice and friendly as could be, and worked efficiently and effectively to get the car safely loaded onto the truck and then got it safely to the tire/rim store! I noted one gave the option of requesting a quote online. I keyed in what I needed; my car towed to a dealership 12 miles away. Not only was Lauren Towing the quickest to respond but also by FAR the most affordable. My dude was able to arrive at my apartment within 25 minutes of my reaching out to him and telling I'm I needed someone ASAP. Around the arrival time I went outside to wait. The owner/driver pulled up, SO friendly. He was all smiles and asked if I needed a ride to the dealership - I did, but so did my mom. He got our car up onto his truck and took us both to the dealership, no biggie! During the ride he was so much fun to talk to and was genuinely kind, asking about what I was going to do with the car.
