Best Houston Towing really is the best in Houston!!! Despite the circumstances, I had a WONDERFUL experience!! Last Friday morning I came back from running a morning errand and noticed that my daughters car (parked in our gated community and under a carport) had its tires and rims stolen and the car was on cinderblocks!!! Awful! After calling 911, notifying our community manager, taking pictures, calling out of work, contacting insurance (this incident was NOT covered), and getting my mind right, I started calling local towing companies. This proved to be quite the chore. Many tow companies don't tow cars with no rims and tires. I mean, I get it but, what's a person to do?! I then found one that was going to charge me A LOT ... including a deposit and $5 per mile to the cars destination. Yikes! I called Best Houston Towing, they answered quickly, the gentleman was super nice, quick with info, gave me a great quote for the tow, and let me know just what time the driver would be at our place with rims and tires to put on the car and to get to the tire/rim shop! It literally ALL happened just like that and was SUPER seamless!!!! The driver was on time, wore a mask for his and our safety, was as nice and friendly as could be, and worked efficiently and effectively to get the car safely loaded onto the truck and then got it safely to the tire/rim store! I am beyond thankful for the great customer service and support from Best Houston Towing, and really helped to turn a bad situation into a positive one!! I recently moved to Houston and I bought a used car that is a piece of junk for the start. I got stock in the middle of the road because my car just stoped. I called numerous companies for a quote for about 5-6 miles towing but prices were out of range. Luckly, I found Best Houston Towing, Jamal, the operator walk me through the process step by step and he immediately send help my way. After waiting 2 hours on a progressive dispatched tow truck, I called here. We were given a 30 minute estimate for arrival, and a guy showed up in 25. The man was nice and patient, towed the vehicle exactly where we needed it, and the pricing was affordable. If I need a tow again in Houston, these guys will be the first I call! read more

I was forced to having to leave my car over night in a hospital parking lot after it would not start. I called several tow truck companies the morning after and none of them answered but Best Houston Towing. I told the representative where I was and where I needed the car towed and he quickly quoted me a price that was more than affordable. The tow truck guy actually beat me and my dad to the location and I only lived 20 minutes away. When I found out that the mechanic that I had planned on taking it too could not take the car the tow truck guy knew of a mechanic that was nearby and would be reasonable. We followed him to the mechanic who diagnosed the problem "Bad Starter" and fixed my vehicle and I was back home in less than three hours. This company was a God Send. I came out of my house at 7 PM on Martin Luther King Jr. day to a hopelessly dead battery. I tried to jump it to no avail. I was worried every tow place would be charging more or taking a long time to get to me because of the time and the holiday. When I called Best Towing, they first asked to ensure I was safe. When I told him I was, he noted that it was late, so he would get someone out to me fast to make sure I could get a new battery tonight. He told me a tow would take 30 minutes to get to me. It took them less than 20. When the tow truck driver arrived, he was EXTREMELY helpful and professional. He offered to tow me, but told me the cheaper option would be to jump me, and he thought he could get a jump. He was able to jump me, and within 10 minutes of his arrival my car was running again -- AND it was way cheaper than a full tow would have been at $60. He then proceeded to advise me about what battery places were still open and where they had the best prices for new batteries. Overall, AMAZING service, quick response, and very helpful. read more
