Late at…read morenight, while we were staying at a hotel in College Station, we discovered one of our tires was extremely flat and completely beyond repair. We were stressed and unsure how we'd get back on the road the next day. Terrence responded promptly and came out quickly despite the late hour. He thoroughly assessed the situation, explained our options clearly, and reassured us that he would take care of it. Instead of leaving us stranded, he went above and beyond. Returning the next morning he took the damaged tire back to his shop, sourcing a brand-new tire of the exact same size, and balanced, to install right there in the hotel parking lot. Anywho, I spent the better part of one of my vacation days getting towed to discount tire. While this was inconvenient and frustrating I ended up having a positive experience. AGA Wrecker Service is a family-owned business. I specifically worked with Andy and Samuel. They embody professionalism, responsiveness, and respect. I value these things in a company and they exceeded my expectations! No one wants to need a tow for whatever reason, however, if the time comes I HIGHLY recommend AGA! Reasonably priced with a flat rate of $125. This is much appreciated because we all know the scamming/overcharging that can occur with towing services. Here I came around 5OM after work and joined a quite long cue. I was given a worse prognosis in my tires than the other location gave just earlier that day. I was quoted a 1.5 hour wait. People who came in after me left before me but I can't say what they needed or if they had an appointment. 2 hours later I checked in because I needed to pickup my dog and was tired of being there. After 2 hours they told me they couldn't fix the tire and I needed a new one. I asked for pricing and they said hold on and checked out 2 other customers instead. I asked them to just put my tire back on as it wasn't completely flat and instead they put it to the side. I again asked for it to be put on so I can go. They were clearly very busy but they stayed past closing time to complete the people who arrived before closing. They just turned out to be utterly useless for me.
