I explained my dietary restrictions and they guided me to my options - I choose the Reese and Salted Caramel. BONUS: You can take the berries inside the comedy factory. I was looking for a place to leave a review, You and your strawberries are AMAZING! My son sent me a box yesterday. I wasn't home, so you called him and arranged to put them on my covered patio. Your delivery person made the effort to walk around the condo building, down a hill covered in 5 inches of icy snow to place them on a table visible from my window! Above n beyond all expectations! And to top it off the chocolate covered Strawberries are beautifully and originally decorated and each one is more delicious than the last. Paid for a groupon and then when I tried to put an order in to redeem I was told to call back twice because she wasn't able to take my order. Very disappointing and very poor customer service . Berries by Quicha is awesome! I was sent my first box a few weeks ago as a gift, and I've been hooked ever since! I've ordered three times since and each box has been of great quality. The presentation is exactly as pictured on the website. My favorite flavors are white chocolate swizzle berry and cheesecake stuffed berry. I never even heard of a cheesecake stuffed berry until Berries by Quicha! The website is easy to navigate. Delivery is a breeze and reasonably priced for different areas of Baltimore. I was really impressed with the delivery process. I believe I had the same delivery driver each time and the communication (courtesy call) and handoff have been flawless. The berries themselves are well worth every penny, even though the price point is more than reasonable for something so special and delicious. I seldom write reviews, but had to give Quicha and her team a shoutout. I would highly suggest Berries by Quicha when you need a special gift or want a sweet treat for yourself. This place is so freaking cute! We stopped by last night after dinner nearby. I told myself, just one. However, we walked in and the lady behind the counter was just so sweet, she was describing all of the flavors for me. I'll be honest, I wasn't really listening, I was mesmerized by all of the pretty colors! The berries were pretty cheap too. I ended up with three, the toffee, the sundae, and the tequila one. So, so good! Often times you'll find chocolate covered strawberries are only good on the outside, but this wasn't the case. The actual berries were fresh and sweet. I purchased a Groupon for a dozen strawberries and the transaction was flawless. My order was ready and if I'm right Ms quicha even carried one of my daughters out to the car. I put in an order at 7:05 pm through grub hub and received a call from berries by Quicha at 7:50 that my order could not be fulfilled because they are closed and in Atlanta until Wednesday. The caller also informed me that I had to contact grub hub to cancel the order and get my money back. So now I'll be spending the rest of my night figuring that out. I would think a business would take the time to notify outlets like grub hub of these situations rather than putting it on your customers to get the refund and get the order canceled 45 minutes after I submitted the order. Update: the refund could take 5 days so that's great read more

All of the strawberries were really large, so with the chocolate on top, they were huge. All of the different types of chocolate were great, but my favorite was the dark chocolate. Ok , so I've never been an avid strawberry eater. I've never seen a strawberry an thought. ..gotta have it, Until my husband brought a platter of Quichas berries for my bday party. Now i wont lie those berries sat there for aminute looking pretty, but as I've said not a berry eater. So i finally decide to take the plunge and taste one of these berries, mainly to shutup my husband who is upset I've yet to eat any. So i walk over to the platter knowing that it will end in disappointment. I traveled a great distance to place an order for my mother due to my schedule, I work 7 days a week I was unavailable to do anything for my mother myself so it was imperative that I made a gift that I could pay for in advance, but more so that it could be delivered at the time that I desired.I placed my order at the business in person on 4/15. The person whom I placed my order with was not knowledgeable about the business at all.In the process of placing my order she had to make several calls to the owner; which was fine. The calls that took place were to ensure the price of my order which was $45 given by the owner, then to get a quote of a delivery price which was an additional $10 also given by the owner; Totaling to $55 as the grand total for my order.When I placed my order, I asked if deliveries were conducted on Saturday before 11am; I was guaranteed that, that was not a problem.I even made it a point that the order could be placed anytime before 11am, but I made it very clear that it needed to be delivered by 11am on 4/18.I even said in person at the time that I placed my order that if that was to be a problem I wouldn't mind if it was delivered on 4/17 at anytime, but I was reassured that the order could be delivered on 4/18 by 11am. Right before I paid for my order I noticed a flyer on the counter of the business that broadcasted a bouquet of strawberries versus a box of strawberries.I saw the bouquet of strawberries to be more fitting since it was to be a gift for my mother versus just a box.When I seen the bouquet I asked if I could that versus the box.The employee granted me the bouquet of strawberries with no problem, I asked, and even said if I need to pay more I would.The employee assured that I could get the bouquet but I would have to get 6 strawberries in a bouquet, and my other 6 in a box.I had no problem with that.In the entire process of placing my order, when the employee did not know something she took it upon her self to contact her boss, the business owner.When I asked about the bouquet, she did not reference calling her boss once, which made me feel as if she was sure that the bouquet did not cost extra I just had to 6 in a bouquet as the flyer displayed. Which is when I finalized my order by paying for it by debit card.As I thought that my order was placed, paid for, all I was awaiting for was for it to be delivered to my mother on 4/18 as a surprise; I received a phone call on 4/17, 4 hours later, demanding that my order would be an additional $10 for a bouquet versus a box of strawberries by the employee.At the time that I received the phone call I was with my mother, which made me even more frustrated.I said I would like a refund, the employee then said she would be giving my number to her boss due to not knowing how to give me a refund.Then I received a phone call from the owner explaining why the bouquet would be an additional $10, I then reminded her I would just like a refund. In that conversation the boss explained that the employee was new, and she would grant me a full refund. 15 minutes post that verbal conversation I receive a text from the owner granting me the bouquet at no extra cost.When I received the text I was delighted and continued with my order. On 4/18, at 11:12 am I received a phone call from the owner saying orders do not go out before 11 on Saturdays, and it could not be delivered until 1pm.During this phone call I was put on hold repeatedly. I was due to work, and my mother would not be somewhere at 1 to receive the delivery. I became frustrated, and the owner couldn't understand such,and continued to tell me how she has already accommodated me and there is nothing else she can do and how she has already taken a loss. She offered me a refund, I took that as my only option.I find it very upsetting that I received a cash refund at my place of work at 12:13pm with no receipt or even an apology.And my mother has nothing on her birthday due to poor customer service. read more
