See the photo attached of what I paid for, and then you can see the photo of what was actually delivered. I am so disappointed and quite upset. I did not get what I paid for AT ALL, not even close. I asked the company I ordered through if they sent the florist a photo of what I paid for, and they said yes. So how can she think it's okay to downgrade my order to a quarter of the size and still deliver it????!! I called Caroll and tried to get answers; she was rude, did not care, and would not even let me speak. She acted like the money she received paid for what I got and blamed it on From You Flowers. (I've gone to her once before for something for my mom, she's too expensive, you get very little for your money here.) My fiancé gets me bouquets for a fraction of what I spent, and they are much larger and fuller. Also, both of my parents were home, and the delivery driver did not even knock; they just left the flowers on the doorstep. How impersonal and unprofessional. You can't take 2 minutes to make this a special moment that was paid for?!?!? I suggested to the customer service at From You Flowers not to use this florist. This florist ruined what could have been a much nicer, heartfelt surprise. My mom very rarely gets flowers, and I was so happy to do this for her because she's awesome and such a blessing. Praise God she appreciated them, but I know what she SHOULD HAVE ACTUALLY received, because she's worth that! Caroll, please be more considerate of what people pay for and the special moment they are trying to give a loved one. You're in the business of pleasing others with something extra from the heart. And I'm in the business of holding people accountable. You DID NOT provide the service you were paid for. I am still in disbelief at this. I just can't make sense of it. Acting like a single rose is $15 bucks a pop.

While the flowers were beautiful, the way they were prepared was very disappointing. Attached photo is how they were given to me by them to give to my wife for our anniversary. They didn't even give me any of the cut flower food to place in the vase. (Like if you buy flowers at the grocery store). Just wrapped in plastic and tied with a piece of twine. An outstanding way to cheapen flowers they charged you $165 for.

This morning I got a call that they did not have a ghost cutter and I could cancel my order. today is my anniversary. I didn't have time to find this somewhere else. i was offered a few different cut outs and chose the cat. I actually tried to ask if the order would be ready at my chosen time but the man had already hung up. i called back twice. 1st time I was put on hold by an automated system then I heard someone pick up and I was sent to a voicemail. i called back and sat on hold for 5 minutes and just hung up. i received an email at 11:43 that My order was ready. i arrived around 12:30 and when the man handed me the item, i could see that black cat's chocolate was on parts of the bag. it was very hard to see under all of the plastic. I went straight home with it and carefully removed the plastic, this was rushed for sure. The strawberries aren't even cute. I paid $60 for this, a balloon, and a candied apple which also looked rushed. I'm very disappointed. I wish I had read comments here before ordering. Apparently, others have been disappointed as well. This has been in my fridge for hours and the chocolate is hard. He didn't make it early enough to harden before he wrapped it up.
