I was absolutely thrilled to receive a most delicious edible arrangement from the Mandeville location. The pretty sturdy tray had melt in your mouth perfectly ripe strawberries, pineapples and apples covered with dark and white chocolate. When you bite into one, it like wow that's really amazing! The more I look at this the more upset I get. I ordered an arrangement for my anniversary almost 2 weeks ago. This morning I got a call that they did not have a ghost cutter and I could cancel my order. today is my anniversary. I didn't have time to find this somewhere else. i was offered a few different cut outs and chose the cat. I actually tried to ask if the order would be ready at my chosen time but the man had already hung up. i called back twice. 1st time I was put on hold by an automated system then I heard someone pick up and I was sent to a voicemail. i called back and sat on hold for 5 minutes and just hung up. i received an email at 11:43 that My order was ready. i arrived around 12:30 and when the man handed me the item, i could see that black cat's chocolate was on parts of the bag. it was very hard to see under all of the plastic. I went straight home with it and carefully removed the plastic, this was rushed for sure. The strawberries aren't even cute. I paid $60 for this, a balloon, and a candied apple which also looked rushed. I'm very disappointed. I wish I had read comments here before ordering. Apparently, others have been disappointed as well. This has been in my fridge for hours and the chocolate is hard. He didn't make it early enough to harden before he wrapped it up. read more

Too bad can't give a complete negative rating. Places order with them and even with multiple phone calls and conversations they promised the delivery to happen on the day it was scheduled. All day went by and even stayed up till 10pm that night cause delivery was guaranteed to happen, but of course it didn't. Called the next day and asked about the status of the order and what happened and of course no legit or real answers were provided, not to mention I guess they don't realize that when you promise a client something even with multiple phone calls you need to uphold your end. Even at best if you KNOW it's not going to happen you should be calling the client/customer to discuss that. Absolutely the worst practice in business there is. I have used this company various times across the US but unfortunately this one will never ever receive a penny from myself or anyone else that I know. Absolutely sucks that customer service and pride in a business location does not exist anymore. Just know at the end of the day this location is only out to get your money and not even remotely concerned about the customer service side of the business. read more

If it was possible to give them less than a one star review I would.... my best friend sent me dipped fruit and cupcakes for my birthday. Unfortunately I was not home at the time. I received a call from the driver and when I asked what to do she said I can leave them and assured me they were wrapped securely and would be fine. I trusted the DRIVERS Judgement and said ok little did I know that was a big mistake. I came home to find it NOT SECURELY WRAPPED AT ALL and it was INFESTED WITH ANTS AND BUGS. I called this location and spoke with Sarah, who left me on hold and then picked up to tell me rudely that she can't replace them that she can only refund. (Which makes absolutely no sense). Ordered my mom an edible arrangement for Mother's Day and the platter looked like whoever did it rushed it. Only a few strawberries were decorated and the decoration looked like a 5 year old could do better. I also attached a note and she didn't receive that as well. read more

I've received orders from this location a few times and everything has been great. For this occasion I called in because I wanted to redeem an offer I received. I was having issues online, which was more than likely user error. The lady on the phone was nice and very accommodating. I called just over an hour before they closed. She stated they would get the order ready for me. I arrived within 30 minutes with no problem at all. Of course I plan to continue to use them. read more

Needless to say, they delivered when we were not home and then werre late the next day (the day after our anniversary). I was giving this location a second try afteer they sent rotten strawberrIes last year. However, that time they made it right by sending a replacement box of strawberries . I ordered a Valentines gift on January 30, more than 2 weeks ahead of time. it was not delivered and I was not notified that it would not be delivered. I called at 4:45 and left a message. When I called at 7:00 I got a message that they were closed. They went home without finishing their work or notifying me that it would not be done. The receipt said it could be delivered as late as 9:00 but they went home before 7:00. I got an e-mail at 7:09 telling me it would not be delivered-really? These people do not deserve any business if they cannot plan ahead and get the work done. They left early on a special holiday without any consideration for their customers or the fact that they take people's money and do not do their work. 1 star is way too much! read more

Very torn with this one. Made an online order and called the shop to confirm my order and make one more change. They were accommodating and pleasant to talk with, but then when my arrangement arrived it had a #25 on it instead of a 1. They even confirmed the 1 on the phone too. I was happy with the service but ultimately bummed in the end. You pay $80 for a small arrangement of fruit and it ends up wrong, sort of sucks and feels like a waste of money. read more

The absolute worst customer service. This order was placed one week prior to Mother's Day to be delivered Thursday, May 6th. They claim they attempted to deliver 3 separate times (even having the gate code). My mom was home each time. I left a message Saturday morning stating I wanted a full refund. They never returned the call. The delivery was made later that day. Today, May 13th (four days after MD) I received a call from EA asking if my mom ever received her strawberries because it was marked not delivered. 0 Stars - Order scheduled for the day before Mother's Day. At 5:30 pm I called the store and they said it was still going to be delivered (associate did not even ask me which order was mine). It was not delivered on the scheduled day, or even on any of the next 3 days. I was never notified the order did not get delivered. I called today and the response I got was a simple, we will credit you for the order. No apology or anything. Although I would have been disappointed, I would have understood if the order did not get delivered on the scheduled day. What I do find pathetic is that I did not get any notification about my order not being delivered and the store's inability to apologize for not ever fulfilling my order. One star is completely an over statement as I would give zero if I could! My sister ordered my mom and I Mother's Day packages and neither of us got what she ordered, my mother was missing half her order and on top of that the fruit was old and soggy. If you read their Facebook posts from Mother's Day you can see about a hundred comments where people got the same service. I feel so terrible for everyone who spent tons of money on their services. read more

Called to find out if a specific order was prepared and sent to the correct address and all the woman was willing to say was if an order was placed it was sent to the right place. Like many others on here, one star is too many. I made an order for 2 people, (my mom and my wife). I ordered them to be delivered a few days before mothers day so I would avoid the $10 delivery fee on mothers day. The first problem is they delivered a day late. It wasn't that big of a deal cause I ordered early. The delivery they gave me was only the smaller half of my order. I called and told them and they offered me a free gift for my trouble and to have it out to me that day since their driver left without it, he had to go back and return to my house. Since it was already late and they were very pleasant and professional, I told them they didn't have to kill themselves to get it to me that day, just to deliver it the next day on Saturday. Well Saturday is almost over so I call them back and they told me their driver is still making deliveries, It will probably arrive before 8pm, if it doesn't to give them a call back. Well of course it didn't arrive. I call them back and get their voicemail, I left a message. The next day on Sunday (Mothers day) I called them no less than 6 times. I got their voicemail every time. I left another message. Monday morning rolls around about noon, still not even a call back. I call them again and someone answers and offers a refund because they are short staffed. I am done dealing with these people so I accept. Do not do business with them. Very disappointing! read more

My dad is allergic to strawberries, but I wanted to get him something nice for his birthday. So I placed an order for one of the birthday wish-tinis that came with hazelnut crunch bananas and kiwi, watermelon, cantaloupe, the works--and strawberries. I put a request for no strawberries and sent in the order. The store called me and told me, they can't make the arrangement without strawberries--but if it's made fresh, why not? So she told me there's a different arrangement that doesn't come with strawberries because she was worried about how allergic my dad is--simply daisies. It's pineapple, cantaloupe and grapes. I asked her if there was a way to make it with any of the fruit that came with my original order and she told me no. Well, if the arrangements are made fresh, and if strawberries aren't going to touch the fruit on the simply daisies arrangement, why couldn't I go forward with my original order simply without strawberries? So now my dad is receiving a flower bouquet made of fruit for his birthday, that has nothing to do with a birthday. read more
