I also think my original 1 star review was fair considering that's the whole point of yelp. Reviews are meant to reflect honest experiences. If I had seen someone else's honest review of the drink I likely would have ordered something else. As for returning it, no one wants to have to do that. It's awkward and an extra step after already being disappointed. I appreciate the offer for a refund but won't be needing it.

I walked out of there another 10 minutes after the estimate. Not a huge deal, but also, not a five star experience. The bowls and juices were very good however. I'm sure I'll return to try a smoothie or another açaí bowl / juice in the future, but either order in person or just know going in that the online ordering system is not always super accurate. I stumbled upon this spot after a little self-guided tour of ASU campus on a sleepy Sunday morning (everyone must have been asleep after the big football game the day before). The young gentleman behind the counter was friendly, helping me choose between a couple drinks. I dropped a couple bucks into the tip jar, to which he replied, "thank you, I appreciate that". He walked to the back never to be seen again. A young gal brought our drinks out, announcing them (in an emotionally dead voice) then high-tailed it to the back. We picked them up & sat down but then became uncertain which was which as they were both red, and though they were different sizes, it was possible they put the wrong one in the wrong size. We returned to the counter to inquire & the young gal came back out to clarify the flavors. Again, no emotion, no friendliness. Sat down again & started sipping. It was then that I remembered the Raspberry Riot had a blue vanilla cashew drizzle. As you can see in the picture, neither smoothie shows any blue drizzle. I returned to the counter, asking about the missing drizzle. It was corrected, w/ a slightly more friendly interchange. A few minutes later, I discovered my sister added a tip to the credit card transaction; clearly she did not see me add cash to the tip jar. I came extremely close to returning to the counter one final time to take my tip back but she talked me out of it. That being said, we will not be returning to this particular Nekter location.
