Gave a $10,000 deposit and he seemed to forget how to return phone calls. I had to correct his MANY errors on court document. I would run as FAR away from this Attorney. Couldn't send a bill for time spent on "who knows what" Going to Bar to see if I can get my deposit or any money back. Absolutely unorganized and says he will get paperwork to you and Doesn't. Where is justice? Deciding to see if I can put a lien on his property to recoup my deposit back. Attorney's like him should be ASHAMED on how he practices. No remorse at all. Known as hands down the worst , most incompetent lawyer in the area. I hired him once. Handed him the video tape and photograph evidence I had that made the case a slam dunk. He gave it to the other side and made it vanish to protect his friend. He did not let me know the person I hired him to sue was his friend. I found out when I fired him and he refused to turn the evidence back over to me meaning I had no case any longer. This piece of trash should be disbarred. If you get a court appointed lawyer and see him coming ask for a change fast , real fast. A tom of lawyers in the area , choose any other one. This one is corrupt as they come. Maybe that is why after so many years in the business and he is still working out of a converted barber shop. read more
