The women who came here on a regular basis were the most caring and lovely and good-natured people I could have ever hoped for. One even offered a creative "workaround" that the OT had never heard of! They were super attentive and took care of all my needs, before I even asked. They showed up on time everyday and also drove me to doctor's appointments, the grocery store,, whatever I needed. Marci, their supervisor, was equally responsive and capable. I called Advanced Care, they were immediately responsive and have continued to be. Because of my Mother in law's unique condition I was promised she would be placed with an aide that was both understanding and knowledgeable and she definitely is. Her laundry is being done and grocery shopping is no longer something I have to try and fit in my busy schedule. Bathing was a big issue and struggle and I am thrilled that she is agreeing to it and she looks and feels great because of the care she has been receiving . A nurse comes to visit her once a month which i think is an added bonus and really gives us a peace of mind. I highly recommend this company.
