There are touch screen order pads around the store. There is no indoor seating. The pads are easy to use and there are cookies on display to choose from. I am a member of their rewards program and had a free birthday cookie as well as $10 Crumble Cash, both of which were easy to redeem. My cookies were Peanut Butter Cookies and Cream, Snickerdoodle sandwich, and Oreo Marshmallow Sandwich. These cookies are HUGE. One cookie is easily enough for two to four people.
