There are designated spaces for curbside service and quick pickups. Crumbl offers ordering and curbside through their app. I decided to go inside for my order. The store was clean and the smell was mouthwatering. I was warmly greeted as I came inside and was told to ask if I had any questions or needed help. There are touch screen order pads around the store. There is no indoor seating. The pads are easy to use and there are cookies on display to choose from. I am a member of their rewards program and had a free birthday cookie as well as $10 Crumble Cash, both of which were easy to redeem. My cookies were Peanut Butter Cookies and Cream, Snickerdoodle sandwich, and Oreo Marshmallow Sandwich. These cookies are HUGE. One cookie is easily enough for two to four people. Depending on your cookie, they are served hot or chilled. My cookies were delicious! They were soft and fresh. I think the Oreo Marshmallow sandwich was my favorite. The service was quick and friendly. The cashier saw I had done a birthday redemption and wished me a happy birthday. I noticed that she was wearing gloves while handling the food. I was very happy with my purchases and service. I definitely recommend them.

I was able to find this food truck with no problem. There was no wait in line. I ordered the Original meal with a single patty, add cheese (thankful she asked if I wanted to add cheese) and I went with the Beer Battered House Fries as my side. They were nice to bring my order to the car. The burger was cooked as requested and I loved all the toppings (red onion, lettuce, tomato, and pickles with ketchup and mayo. Oh, the fries were good!
