My brother has used these folks a few times and has been happy with their service. Unfortunately,…read morethis year my brother has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and is having difficulty managing his affairs alone. His snow blower quit during the last storm, and TK made an appt to go and pick it up at his home. He completely forgot about it and was not there at the agreed upon time. When they called him to reschedule, and to explain he would be billed for the missed pickup, my brother was very unpleasant and hung up on them. Later, when I was paying his bills, I contacted TK to ask about the fee (I didn't know any of the above occurrence). I spoke with Steve who was very understanding and very kind. He understood the difficulty we are having, and the "awkward" stage between independence and losing freedom to manage things himself with dementia and he credited the fee back to us. I cant speak to their work - but I can speak to their humanity. I will speak highly of Steve's integrity and service to anyone who needs small engine repair!!

Well, the saw leaked bar oil all over the place. I put up with it for a while but then took it in for them to look at. One guy said it was missing some part in the oil tank and caused it to leak. So, since I never took it apart, it was missing the part since new. I left it there for nearly two months then the part finally came in. They had the balls to charge me $65 to put the part in. They are totally clueless. Acted like he never saw me before. Definitely never going there again.

I've been a Chad Little customer for about 8 years. I've purchased a Honda 5000SX and a Honda…read morelawnmower from them. They've very good at selling their products but based on my recent experience they do not follow up with good customer service. During a power loss, my generator would not start. I called and talked with two different employees. Rather than provide assistance, they argued with me stating the problem was poor gas which wasn't true and told me to drain it. I'm 78, not qualified to repair generators and unable to transport it to them. After a long unproductive conversation, he finally agreed to put me on a "call list." I knew nothing would result and 3 weeks later nothing has. I found a repair man who fixed the problem - low battery and clogged carburetor, neither of which I could fix. I won't return to Chad Little for anything.

This is not a complaint about the service that I received on my 4310 JD with a #48 backhoe…read more Although, it did take a month to change the bushings on the backhoe. At least they got it done. I understand they're hurting for help and parts are coming via the Moon or Mars. While it lay idle for 30 days apparently, Chad Little employees decided that my steel pin that holds the backhoe in transit was in better shape then the one that they had. I ended up with a bent piece of crap pin that had been abused. I can't even place it in its hole. Mine was in good condition and never bent with very little use. I also, had (8) castle nuts with U-bolts in my storage box on the fender. The (8) castle nuts are amongst the missing. Guess the jerks didn't need the u-bolts. My only other complaint or question would be what else is missing from my tractor. This is just an FYI. Pilferage is happening at Chad Little.
