I would not be sending it back, if it had not been a dud. Not happy with their customer service and I won't be doing business with them in the future.

She answered without a pause that it was the best job she'd ever had. Nowadays, anybody involved in dealing with the public on a daily basis sort of needs a reason to that enthusiastic. They have a good selection, their prices are fair, and I have rarely walked made it past the front desk without being asked if I needed help. A good old neighborhood hardware store.
