I texted the number on the their site around 2:30pm. I got a response in about a minute, no joke! He arrived at my house at 4:45pm and was done in about 15 minutes or less. We had great conversation, he was very friendly and kind. I am extremely impressed with how prompt and efficient the installation was done and how the customer service was overall.
