Two days later she called me to go over rates, and told me she had beat my State Farm rates. When she gave me the numbers, I said, actually, what you have quoted me is higher than what I have now. Very quickly she responded, "Ok, well, you should stick with State Farm." click... hung up on me! I've been thinking about it all weekend, but what a bizarre interaction and just strange. Recently, my carrier informed me that due to "increased claims in the area" my insurance would be going up $250/month. You know $50-$60 is one thing, but $250, too much! With that said, I went back to contact Peggy Carter Farmers and they were able to get me a quote for about $30 increase. I am saving nearly $1200/6 months. She has also helped me with questions about drivers when I haven't even had a policy with her. I totally recommend that if you need auto insurance with competitive rates and extremely great customer service, give her a chance!
