So I went in their that day and talked with someone face to face also explained a couple other things I seen wrong with going thru all medication I take they have me down for talking a Covid spike shot which I have never ever have gotten one with one refill never ever have I had a Covid shot. So I told them I want that off well last nite got on their and guess what it's still on their with 1 refill oh and also about my refill it never got refilled they sent me a message saying it was ready for pick up my husband goes and sits in drive thru for I don't know how long and they said it was canceled. so I switched to express scripts no issues at all they sent my medication with no problems at all I just would like to say what happen to this pharmacy it use to be a good pharmacy and good happy people working their now the seem unhappy miserable people anyways working to to this Covid shot removed with 1 refill taken off their are things you can do not just call Walgreens. people Don't settle for nothing less but to get your problem fixed and mine still is not so I'm gonna take the next route and report them to the state board of pharmacy changing codes having medication on my file I've I never took then refused to refill my medication after the sent me a E mail saying it was ready

I was making a purchase. I entered my ZIP Code incorrectly. The woman continued to yell at me that…read moremy ZIP Code was wrong. It was not wrong. I even showed her my driver's license to show her. It was correct. The woman said if I put my ZIP Code in wrong one more time, I would not be able to make a purchase. I told her I'm just trying to buy items from your store. Keep in mind, my ZIP Code was correct. I was entering it 100% correctly each time. According to them, my ZIP Code was correct in the system, but in the part that has discount coupons, there was a different ZIP Code in there. I get all my prescriptions here, which are a lot. I'm a senior citizen. I also shop here a lot, and I've never had a problem before as far as my address being wrong. I don't work for Walgreens. I'm sorry Walgreens doesn't understand that I don't work for Walgreens. I cannot program my address in their system. According to both employees, you'd better know the incorrect ZIP Code that they've programmed into their system in the part regarding the coupons, or you will not be allowed to make a purchase after entering your ZIP Code correctly three times. There is no way for a customer to see what ZIP Code they have in there, but the people who work there, the only ones who can fix that, are not responsible. It's the customers who are responsible, and we have no way to fix it. There was no apology at all. Just yelling. And she said, "I hope you feel better." At this Walgreens, when the employees yell at you and tell you your ZIP Code, which is correct, is not, and that you can't buy anything here unless you are able to guess the wrong ZIP Code they have put in, they think any negative reaction to that, any complaint about that, means you don't feel good. All I was trying to do was pay for items by inputting information correctly. I have never experinced or heard of worse customer service in my life. This Walgreens makes it clear they do not want people shopping here at all, which is fine with me.

Brighton Collectables- They have the biggest selection in BCS of jewelry, and I'm pretty sure the other stores that carry Brighton don't have their other products like handbags or shoes. The ladies that work here are very helpful and if they don't have a piece you're looking for they will special order it for you no problem. Vera Bradley- A few other places in town carry this line as well but none of them offer the personalized customer service that this location has as well as such a large selection. Hair-U-Wear- They have wigs and hair pieces out the wahzoo!! The hair pieces they carry are very high quality. I got one of the ponytail ones just for fun. I love using it when I'm having a bad hair day and believe it or not I get compliments! They also have a ton of little random gift ideas as well as clothes. The clothing is more geared toward women who are 40+ though. The store can be a little overwhelming with the amount of items that are packed into it but the ladies there are more than willing to help you search through it and I think they have been making more of an effort to organize it recently.
