I've been a client of Cloud 10 for the past 10 years whenever I visit Delray from New York, and…read moreoverall I've had positive experiences. The stylists are talented and consistently do a great job, which is why this situation was so disappointing. I had booked appointments for myself and my 3-year-old daughter--a dry style and a kids blowout--because we had a mother/daughter beach photo session scheduled. Unfortunately, due to a poor weather forecast, our photos were rescheduled to the following day. I called to see if it would be possible to move our appointments to Monday, but was told the salon is closed. I then asked if we could switch to other services, like pedicures or waxing, since getting our hair done before a day of swimming (on Monday) would be a complete waste of time and money, not to mention unnecessary heat styling. I was told only hair stylists were available and no alternatives could be offered. I also asked if I could receive a credit for a future appointment and still be charged that day, but this request was denied as well. I understand and respect the need for cancellation policies. However, these were two concurrent 30-minute appointments, and the complete lack of flexibility--even for a long-time, loyal client--was disappointing. I was told there were no exceptions and that I would be charged in full. As someone who has frequented this business for a decade, I would have hoped that loyalty might carry some weight. It feels short-sighted to risk losing a long-standing customer over two 30-minute services. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my perception, and I won't be returning to Cloud 10 in the future.

I went to get "specified by them via text" message a medium area laser treatment done, when I arrived at the front desk the lady smirked and stated "its a large" however prior to going I sent them a text message asking if it's considered a medium or a large area and Rick told me it's a medium and NOT to buy it through Groupon but to buy in the office instead. I thought that was suspicious and purchased the getoupon anyways. We set up my appointment today at 1:30pm EST and when I arrived the lady at the front desk with smokers voice smirked at the Groupon. She treated me very rudely. And it was embarrassing. I told her I had spoken on the phone and also via texts with Rick. And she said "no" you MUST upgrade to a large pay the difference. I felt super uncomfortable because it's a laser treatment, and from her tone I feel as though I would get burned in the process because it was very threatening and cold. However for the benefit of the doubt, I asked her to get Rick and she went in the other office where he was and loudly proceeded to state "and she wants to speak with you, I don't know why" he then came out and I explained to him that he and I texted and he specifically told me it's a MEDIUM on Groupon. Which I have proof of in writing. And he said that it's a Medium in the office once he saw me but considered a LARGE on Groupon. Which does not make sense because the texts state clearly ITS A MEDIUM on Groupon but buy it in the office with us. Don't buy it there... He then proceeded to upswell me and tell me I need to pay the difference or use it as credit for another service. By that time it was too late for me to even want to consider them any longer. I no longer felt safe. I am now going to report this to BBB and Yelp. And would like full refund and help from Groupon. This business should not be advertised in your services especially since they do not honor the purchase and change their minds at the office. In February I injured my lower back deadlifting to the point that I couldn't sit up in bed or bend down without excruciating pain, and I'm 27 years old. That experience was scary to say the least. I began at spine orthopedic center with x-rays, pain medications, and physical therapy which was only masking my symptoms. After about a month and a half with no improvement I got an MRI and took all my imaging to Dr. Ashkinazy. He reviewed all of my paperwork on my injury which was an 8mm herniation of L5-S1 and recommended non-invasive spinal decompression. When I started the spinal decompression I was still taking Meloxicam for the pain and my pain scale was 4-6/10 on any given day. About 2 weeks into my treatment I decided to stop taking the medication because I was already feeling improvement to my injury. By the end of my 20 sessions my pain scale on any given day was down to near nothing. Going from taking pain medications and having pain to not taking pain medications and having no pain is all the reason I'm satisfied with my care at Priority Medical. I never write reviews for anything, but this is worth your while if you're experiencing any kind of injury like mine.

If money is of no matter to you and you enjoy being condescended and harassed with seamlessly never ending random bills after being assured you were paid in full come here for the root canal that never ends!
