If they would have given me an honest answer to begin with, I would have accepted that and taken my business elsewhere. Now my watch is nowhere to be found and no response. I texted them in English and Spanish. It indicates my text has been "read", but no response or call. I just want my watch back and I don't care if they changed the battery!!!!!!!!
