A total of 6 stones have fallen out, and also my engagement band, from the vera wang love line, has to be repaired for a diamond and sapphire stone loss. Each time the repair time was much longer than anticipated, in fact the last time after 6 weeks, I called to check on it only to find out it hadn't even been sent out yet. Manager is full of excuses. Will be going back this evening to pursue other options. Only reason why I have not given 1 star was because I had bought a necklace and earring set as a gift for my mother and have been fortunate enough for that piece to have zero issues with. She told him the ring was going to be discontinued by the end of the year (he went in around Christmas time) and talked him into signing up for a credit card without giving him details on the interest rate. Fast forward to 3 months later, we stopped into the store to take a look and the ring was still there. When my fiancé spoke to another sales woman, about it she told us that the line he purchased from was their signature line and that there was no plan to discontinue in the foreseeable future. I am disappointed and appalled at the sales tactic there, presumably so the woman met her sales quota. Needless to say, I hope this woman was terminated.

About three years later, he needed to have it resized and we took the ring to them for this service. When we picked it up, it fit him perfectly, but it was so very obvious that all 5 diamonds had been switched out and replaced with lower quality skit diamonds. We were completely shocked! When we brought it to the Managers attention and held it up to a new one in their case, he apologized and immediately gave us a brand new ring. He did the right thing and we remain satisfied customers. Please watch your diamonds when they go in for repair there.
