The sourdough that the Dagwood fits inside of is fresh and brings that yeasty, brewery essence. Lots of quality meats makes this one a challenge to finish on your first go round. Their other deli sandwiches are great, like the original with a mix of luncheon and other deli meats. I love their lesser known meatball sandwich and cheeseburger. My wife's favorite is the pastrami. Unfortunately, I was surprised to watch the employee bagging my order without wearing gloves, a huge hygiene concern. When I was able to try the bagels, I was surprised at the quality; the bagels were not cooked thoroughly and were raw in the middle. Due to these issues with sanitation and food quality, I will be finding a new bagel shop and suggest you do too.
