Excellent. Being from New JERSEY where Jersey mikes originated from and being a sandwich generation member, I always look for Jersey Mikes wherever I go. And with the chain being sold to a big corporation I've heard rumors of the quality of sandwich making at Jersey Mikes is going downhill. Well not here . My #13 mini was spot on. A generous amount of cold cuts, freshly sliced before me, had it Mikes way ( There's no better way) and the price was fair. Sandwich was okay. The bread is pretty thick, but the cheese is really good on top. It would be nice if they had more options for fresh vegetables, it's really just lettuce (slightly brown, clearly from a package), tomatoes, onions, and green peppers. Other sandwich places or grocery stores that make sandwiches have spinach and cucumbers, etc. The service was good, people were nice when we were selecting our sandwich toppings. I placed an online order through the Jersey Mike's app and picked it up without any issues. When I got home, I realized my sandwich was made completely wrong. I called the store, remained polite, and simply asked if they could remake it correctly. Instead of trying to help, the employee pulled up my order and insisted that I had ordered something I have never ordered in my life. I explained multiple times that the order shown in my Jersey Mike's app was correct and did not match what she was claiming. Despite this, she repeatedly argued with me, refused to acknowledge the mistake, and would not remake my sandwich. Mistakes happen, and I would have completely understood if the order had just been made incorrectly. What made this experience frustrating was the complete lack of customer service and unwillingness to resolve a simple issue. Food was good and fresh, customer service was not so much. This restaurant is one of the cleanest was clean. However, they had a big pile of bread stacked up against the glass on the counter, very odd. When we came in the door a young man named Alex was washing the windows and windowsills. Food was good and made just right. Staff is absolutely miserable. No one looked up when taking our order or making our food. I asked young Alex his name and said I would give him a good yelp review. I did a online order I ordered a 44 a buffalo chicken sandwich I got a cheese steak with buffalo sauce I call no one answered so I went up there a big white guy with glasses and hair with a face full of hair was rude he said he made my sandwich all I asked for was it to get remade but the way he came off about it was totally unacceptable so I asked for a refund he told me to get out the workers there are very nasty. I stopped coming to here for a long time because every time I went in or had a phone order they were rude, make my order wrong, then got upset when I wanted them to fix it. So, decided to give it another shot because there are no other good subs on the island. As I'm getting my sandwich fixed the first gentleman asked if I wanted bacon as the sandwich requires, I told him yes. Then a different older man comes to finish. I hear the first guy tell him what the sandwich is plus bacon. I get all the toppings on and he asked if I wanted anything else. I said no. When he finished the other sandwich I asked if the first one had bacon. He said "no I asked you if you wanted anything else and you said no" I said ok I thought the sandwich comes with it and I told the other guy. "He replied some people don't want it" I would have been fine if it's stayed there. Then he said "you're just the cherry on top of my day" I wasn't rude or upset I just asked the question. But that comment was it. After he bagged the food I had to come back to find the toppings I asked for on the side still in the prep area. Which is not a big deal but I was so angry about his comment I didn't want to go see him again. There needs to be another sandwich place in this island. Ordering from jersey mikes forever. We just moved to HHI and ordered jersey mikes like we always do, only this time we were told no that they aren't able to heat up the roast beef for a few seconds on the grill before making the giant roast beef sub. We have never been told "we don't do that". We will be looking elsewhere for a better experience!!!!! read more

Rude staff, lots of attitude. We have come here twice when visiting Hilton head and both times the staff have had a horrible attitude. Also, train your staff properly, Mike's way comes with Mayo...we love our location in Georgia but will not return to this location again while visiting HHI. read more

Always super friendly, if you're a regular they always seem excited to see you/greet you. I don't think I've had to actually say my order the last six times I've gone Bc they always seem to remember it.
