When he finished , I explained to the young man that I paid for ice but the machine was empty... I asked if there was more ice anywhere else. He said maybe in the back.... then he said he would go check in the back after he took care of another customer behind me!!! Are you kidding???? I waited 7 minutes then was brushed off to help someone in line behind me??? This is customer service gone wrong people. I stormed out with no refund and no ice. Don't worry I will never go back!!!

We followed the map they handed me and wound our way through manicured grounds and looming lush Palmetto trees. The market has a gas station as well and is a small high-end kinda 'general store' for the residents. The market, the Montage Palmetto Bluff and maybe 2 other restaurants located on the grounds are open to the public however... imagine if you will a sort of "Pleasantville' or 'Truman Show' neighborhood that is what you have here. Be sure to read your pass that they have given to you... you aren't allowed on any of the roads except for the main roadway.
