I went Bac k to the cashier and she pointed me to customer service. I waited in line behind a guy getting a western union transaction for 7 minutes. When he finished , I explained to the young man that I paid for ice but the machine was empty... I asked if there was more ice anywhere else. He said maybe in the back.... then he said he would go check in the back after he took care of another customer behind me!!! Are you kidding???? I waited 7 minutes then was brushed off to help someone in line behind me??? This is customer service gone wrong people. I stormed out with no refund and no ice. Don't worry I will never go back!!!
