I really had to fight with her to get her to accept my offer and subsequent negotiations before she would pass them along to the seller's agent. As far as selling my condo, that was a complete disaster. I regretfully accepted a lowball cash offer that I received from a lottery jackpot winner. Caroline was so desperate for her commission that she offered to cut her commission as part of her way of cajoling me into accepting the offer. I spent too much money preparing the unit for market on her advice, and accepted too little in the sale. Joe Cassar may be a better agent, based on the other reviews that I'm reading of this Realty firm. But if you ever work with Caroline, you should be prepared to receive a lot of bad advice with a combative attitude.
