Romantic, moody, dreamy, emotional, and a little cinematic. Looking through our gallery now, I genuinely don't know how they managed to capture it all so perfectly. Beyond the photos themselves, they made the entire experience so much fun. My husband and I aren't professional models by any means ;D but Max, Cath, and their team (their videographer) made us feel so comfortable the entire day. They were constantly hyping us up, making us laugh, and helping us feel confident in front of the camera. They were incredibly patient, kind, and positive from start to finish, which made such a difference on a day that can feel overwhelming at times. And honestly, the photos speak for themselves. They didn't just capture what our wedding looked like, they captured what it felt like. Looking through the gallery takes me right back to those moments. I especially love is how artistic their work is. The photos feel timeless but still creative and unique. Some of my favorite images genuinely look like scenes from a movie. They somehow captured both the big moments and all the little details that made our wedding feel like us. The session was longer…read morethan 10 minutes, and actually we were the ones that rushed when we saw so many people waiting, and our baby was so sleepy alredy. Some how we and other parties ended up spending about 90 minutes totally, first waiting 30 mins, session maybe like 20 mins, waiting another 15 mins, checking and choosing package with a sale associate for another 20-30 mins. The problem that we and other parties had (I was waiting and observing) was in most of the pictures, the persons are not in the center, like u will see mom's arm on the right, but no dad's on the left in a family portrait. First, I thought the lady ahead of us was a bit picky when I heard she said: "we're not buying pictures that the persons are not in the center" but when it's our turn, we knew how she felt. Here are some tips that I wanna share: If u have appointment, and some one has none, but cut in front of u to check in first, that person still gets in the photo session first and u end up waiting for 20-30 mins. Every time after the photographers take pictures, check with her/him first to see if u like it. When the session ends, u can't change anything. They have 2 rooms for photo session, so if u see so many parties are waiting a head of u, just check in and go for a walk around the mall, or feed ur baby. :) If u decide to choose JCP as ur long term portrait place, the u should buy the membership. I have some coupons from Vons, and those are a bit better than their online coupons from jcpportrait.com, but Groupon has the best if u don't have membership saving. Overall, I will look for another place for portraif to see if they have better deals and provide better satisfaction.

The first impression upon entering the building was that it was a very nice set up. There were many very nice photographs on display everywhere. Approximately ten minutes went by when the photographer assigned to us, Paula sat at our table and we chatted for a few minutes about the photos to be taken and the area we currently reside in which was nice.
