TERRIBLE. I went in as a new customer and she didn't even acknowledge me. Just pointed to the chair and I told her that I wanted my eyebrows and lips done. She didn't say anything took 5 minutes and rushed through it. I had to ask her to go over a couple places bcus there was still hair. I used to work in the plaza and the woman told me she could make my eyebrows on fleek. I sai, "but I'm a man"? She said that don't matter, I'll do them justice. I am always hesitant to try a new salon (especially when it comes to eyebrows!!), so although I've lived in the area for almost a year, it's been years since I've gotten my eyebrows done. Love this place! I have thicker eyebrows and I like them kept that way. They just need a little help with not taking over my forehead. Negative stars! Went to this brow location after just moving to the area.. I placed my water bottle on her counter and she scolded me for doing that. She rudely told me not to put my water bottle there and then pointed to the chair and didn't listen to what I said. I told her just clean and I like my brows thick. After waiting 2 months growing my brows, she immediately messed them up. She made them way too thin. She then charged $15 and I gave her a $20 bill, she asked me how much I want back with an attitude, I replied with an attitude I want $5 back. I had my daughter in my lap who was sitting patiently on my lap and long story short she COMPLETELY butchered my brows that I had patiently grown out :-(. They were different shapes and one was way thinner... I was so upset and she kept telling me they looked pretty and I said no they don't it's obvious! Do not go here!!!! They ruined my eyebrows that I had been working so hard to grow in. They are now deformed and patchy. I now look like I'm permanently surprised the arch is so high. I left in tears. I wish I could give zero stars. She spent probably 20 seconds on each brow without brushing them first and managed to take off over half of each brow. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Its only appeal is the design inside. Everything else deserves one star. It's more expensive than any other eyebrow place I have ever been to. Even in NYC I would never have to pay more than $10 for excellent service. Here the service was mediocre and the price steep. On top of it all, I think it's extremely poor form to ask for a tip. Tips are earned with good service - they are NOT to be demanded, especially if the service is poor and the price already higher than everywhere else.
