I had a TV delivered with installation service selected. The mount for the TV was ALREADY INSTALLED - ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS REMOVE THE OLD TV - HAUL IT AWAY AND ATTACH THE NEW TV. Because the mount - again already installed- was in brick, they charged us ANOTHER ADDITIONAL $100!!! They didn't install that or have to do anything at all special and still they charged us. I AM NOT HAPPY and would not recommend this service to anyone. It feels like we were totally taken advantage of. UPDATE: I reached out to the customer service and they said even though the mount was already installed, they HAD to charge us the extra $100 because it was in brick. Not because they were assuming any liability etc, but just because the mount was in brick and not drywall. How insane is that. It's a scam is all it is. Their wording and explanation of the additional charge online is just vague enough that they can get away with accessing this fee. Just a sorry the wording isn't clear but we are charging you anyway. The tech was here for 20 minutes. Will not be using them again. read more

Probably the worst Best Buy in the state. I've been twice in the past 2 weeks. The first time I couldn't get any help from the 16 people standing around talking to each other. The security time I finally got some help after about 15 minutes of flagging people down, only to be told something was absolutely compatible, and it absolutely wasn't. read more

This visit was very helpful and resolved our issues. My sons laptop was not working and Matt with the Geek Squad helped us with getting a new charger. He recommended we not get a battery unless it was really needed. But after the computer updates occurred and unplugging the charger the laptop was not recognizing the battery. We ordered a battery to be shipped to us. All set to get the homework done on time with no excuses! read more

My sister bought a refrigerator and paid for it to be removed. The person said they didn't se where the fee was paid.so she paid it and send the employee said she received the payment. When my sister got home from work after 4pm, the refrigerator was sitting on the curb. In neighborhood where there's a HOA, and houses are $250,000, $300K, $350k!!!! Her neighbors were probably NOT pleased. But that's besides the point. She paid for them to remove the refrigerator and that is what they should have done. When she called she was then told it would be 7 days or so before someone could come out. That is unacceptable!! Is she supposed to leave a refrigerator sitting on the curb for a week??? Having just purchased a new phone, I went to Best Buy for assistance and to purchase a phone case and a screen protector. I am an 82 year old widow and my expertise in all of this would fit in a thimble. So I was so thankful and happy to have a young man, Blake Atumbaugh assist me. He was so kind, respectful and helpful. He installed the case and screen protector and switched sim cards with my old phone so that I could keep my present phone number. His patience was so appreciated. I've used Best Buy for years, purchasing computers, tablets, printers, etc and have always been impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the associates, but today this young man was exceptional. read more

I bought a double dinn Boss radio had it installed. A week later it died. Went back the install tech said maybe the connectors are bad, so he hard wired the radio. It died again on the way home. I have shopped here for years and always had good luck but I have better things to do than spend 10 minutes arguing with a robo phone answering service about being able to speak with someone at the store. Finally transfered me to the store after several atempts and then was on hold over 20 minutes with no one ever picking up to talk to me. I have to drive 40 minutes to get there so I wanted to ask a couple questions about the two things I was purchasing from them but didn't happen. Worst customer service policy of any store in Conway. Attempted to return product purchased earlier in the month and was told they had a hard 15 day return policy. This store was closed for days during the recent snow storm and many people were home bound with out water and electricity. Customer service showed no concern for being flexible directly after this winter event. They need to show the same grace and patience that customers gave them during the Covid Era. read more

Connor took out a credit card in my name, telling me BestBuy had a phone to sell me. After the credit card was confirmed, they informed me they couldn't sell me the phone that was sitting on the register. I called the store manager LeeRoy, and he offered no help. Just a simple, "sorry" you can use the card to buy something else. read more
