So when my car stereo went last month the first place I went to was Visions. The guy that helped me out went through all the features and benefits of the JVC stereo he sold me. I was very pleased with it as it worked well in my vehicle. 3 weeks after buying it I began to have issues with the screen so I went back in to the store to see what could be done. This is when my views on Visions changed. The guy that greeted me at the door listen to my story but when he realized I was not there to buy anything but for a warranty issue he didn't have the time of day for me. His answer to my problem was that I need to contact JVC and send it in to them. I have a hard time with this as I only bought the car stereo 3 weeks ago and there should be something that Visions could do for me. Either way I am very disappointed with the customer service that I received and feel that I should express to everyone how the service this time REALLY SUCKED!!!     I have a Buyer Beware Story from this store. I'm only…read morename-dropping, so you know what to ask the workers you speak to at the store. I bought a TV from Adib Al-Faraj in 2022. We were super happy about his customer service, and he was pretty good at getting us a perfect deal. However, it became a problem regarding the insurance they wanted to sell. At first, I said no, I take care of my TV, and I'm not worried about it. But he told us, "Once you get the insurance, no matter what happens to the TV, you will get a free TV." I asked, "So If I throw a baseball at the TV, I will get a new TV." He said, "Yes." 2024, my TV Broke. The guys they hired to check what happened to the TV came in to check and said it was physical damage. They don't cover physical damage. So, I was misinformed--the first one. Then I talked to Mario about these problems as he was the store manager. Mario did his best to suit my needs, but the warranty doesn't cover physical damage. Even over the phone, Mario assured me I would get a new TV--misinformation number 2. I had to buy a new TV, and because Mario was doing his best, I purchased a TV again at Visions. I was asked what the payments were. He said, "Over 2 years, just pay whatever you want monthly. Just as long as you pay it off in two years." Misinformation three. You need to make a payment that is decided whatever Flexiti thinks it is, and Flexiti won't tell you what it is. You have to figure it out yourself every month. I just divided the number by 24 and thought those were the payments, and I was wrong. Now, I'm paying the entire interest out, and I'm now out of $3500. I hope this story helps people purchasing products at this store and know that those you talk to at the store don't know what they are talking about when it comes to after the sale and don't trust their words. And hopes the salesperson and manager of the store get some more training so they don't hurt more customers financially.

I got suckered in by a flyer online to buy a…read morepair of headphones that started cutting out and dying in not even a month. when they were talking non stop refusing to let me leave without buying a warranty they made up all kinds of lies, they'd said that I can make an account so that I don't need the receipt, even said "you can chuck it! I got it on file!" and that the warranty meant one replacement within the first 2 years no questions asked. well, when I had an issue. they a. refused to even "bother to waste time looking it up" that they're system won't show it, and that I'm somehow lying about ever buying it. they then brought in their tall manager, literally their "muscle" to start yelling at me and cutting me off in a FIGJTING manner. he was physically puffing out his chest and standing up taller SHOUTING in my face to cut me off repeatedly "WHERES YOU RECEIPT!? huh?! HUH?!" told buddy to come outside the store and try the exact same thing. their again MANAGER flipped me off and said to go fuck myself. this was over trying to EXCHANGE HEADPHONES THAT I BOUGHT AND PAID EVEN MORE FOR A WARRANTY ON!!! what the hell happened to people? get a job that pays more than minimum wage you miserable jerks.

    They might have the "best prices" and be helpful when you're in store, but their phone customer…read moreservice is absolutely terrible. I was told over the phone that the car deck I wanted plus installation would be about $250+tax ($73 for install, $52 for parts, $98 for the deck)... when I got the bill, it came to $300 (tax included) - and the tax wasn't the $50 difference. Installation was $95, parts were $80, and they bumped the deck to $85 but pushed the 2 year warranty on me for $15. But I didn't question it, paid for it and made an appointment for 2 weeks ahead since that was their first available time. Then I called some other stores to see if they had earlier appointments available. Burnaby said they did, but I had to talk to the Surrey location where I made the purchase so that they could talk to the Burnaby installer and confirm the appointment. So I called Surrey to do just that, but they weren't able to get ahold of the Burnaby installer for a couple of days since it was the installer's days off. So I waited. I didn't get a call from Surrey when they said I would, so I called Surrey, no answer forever, so I called Burnaby - took me a bunch of time and hassle to finally talk to someone in car audio, to be told they had an issue with the bay doors and the installer was being sent to other stores. He said he'd check the installer's schedule and see if they could get me in at another location. I never heard back, and decided not to waste my time trying to get in earlier, as by then my original install date wasn't far off. Now I'm trying to contact the original Surrey location to confirm I still have that appointment, and was on hold for 45 minutes before I just got disconnected. Just to ask to confirm an appointment. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous over the phone. I keep getting told how busy they are, but if they're that busy all the time then maybe they should have more staff to actually help customers, instead of pissing them off.
